Alternator repaired quickly, with a smile and a thank you! Brought it in and it was fixed less than 2 hours later; bearings replaced, new brushes and full cleaning at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend their services. I’ve used them in the past as well and they are the best!

I HAVE BEEN BRINGING MY ALTERNATORS AND STATORS (STARTERS), ALL DIFFERENT TYPES OF ELECTRICAL MOTORS, THERE, FOR THE PAST 20 OR SO YEARS, AND THEY ARE HANDS DOWN, THE BEST BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT THERE IS, FOR SERVICING ANY ELECTRICAL UNITS AND ELECTRICAL MOTORS..... THE CHARGE FOR THEY'RE SERVICE, IS MORE THAN FAIR AND REASONABLE !!!! THE QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP, HONESTLY, IS AMAZING !!!! I STILL GET AMAZED, WHEN I STOP IN TO PICK UP MY REBUILT ALTERNATORS AND STATORS.... AND, EVEN NEW UNITS, WHEN WANTED !!!! This business is absolutely terrific from the quality and timeliness of their work to the ambiance of the work environment. From the moment I walked in you could just feel that this was going to be a good experience. They remembered my initial call, my name, what i wanted to get done. etc. It was just before Christmas and I was told to expect a call before New Years. So exactly one week from dropping off the problem I received a call that my issue was resolved. And believe me I was pretty sure I was going to be told that it was too far gone to be repaired. But it was rebuilt and painted. Looks like new! Well pretty close : ) The cost was more than reasonable. I told my wife on the ride back that the experience was so nice I wish I worked there (looks like one big family)! Anyway, I cannot say enough positive things about doing business with this company. The last of the best. This is what customer service is supposed to be.In the current days of endless phone menus and unreturned emails, it's so refreshing to walk into a shop and talk to the people that are going to fix the problem. I will never go anywhere else for my starter or alternator problems.
