I ended up with a tire puncture on 140. Kelly tires was nearby so I brought the tire over for a tire plug. I brought it in and they told me that because the steel belts were torn I needed a tire. I've got tire punctures before and knew this was a lie, so I just left. Got it fixed for free at BJ's where I bought the tires. That doesn't seem very trustworthy to me. ?

Made an appt for an oil change. Came in, about 6 guys standing around eating pizza and joking in the lobby. He said after some pizza we'll get right on it. I sit down next to them for about 5 minutes while they were all talking. Finally I say I'm all set and leave. Even though I was in a hurry I'd much rather take my business somewhere else
