They snapped off my 5th lug nut where the tire was stuck on the car still I had to then tow my car to a muffler shop to burn the rest if the bolt off and had to spend $164 because out of the 4 lug nuts they got off they broke the last one then blamed the shop before.
Got the car towed back to Joe's Tire shop and at 425 they close at 5:00 and all the workers were sitting outside smoking with everything locked up and powered down. They refused to finish changing the tire they broke. And said they put it on first thing they open in the morning.....no wonder they had a slow last two hours who wants to do business like this!!!!???

The lovely ladies at joes tire slipped me in last minute for 2 spares. Very helpful and welcoming, very straight forward process. Much more helpful than the big guys, corporate scumbags….. highly recommend service here!

I have been here way more times than I should. The tires are so affordable, especially when your money is tight and you need your car for work. Very efficient. I'm always in and out in 15-20 minutes. Seriously I don't know what I'd do if Joe's tire wasn't available when my tires blew out in winter last year.
Edit: it's been over 5 years and they're still the best in the area, I would give them 6 stars if I could!

I went there Wednesday evening with a flat tire decided to do all four tires. And although they were fast and reasonable, it was unacceptable that I left with my tire not completely fastened to my car. I made it two blocks before the tire came half off if I did not own my own Lug wrench I would’ve been screwed or had I not realize something was wrong something far worse could’ve happened. I went back to the shop. They did admit their wrong but no manager owner was available when I called multiple times. I keep getting the runaround. I find the unprofessionalism at its highest so now I’m leaving a review so your owner can see this you know exactly which car it was and I’m getting really ticked off $380 for my life to be in jeopardy because you couldn’t take an extra five seconds to make sure the Lugnuts were put on properly. SPEED SHOULD NOT PRIORITIZE OVER SAFTEY EVER!!!!

Place is a rip off... brought them a tire to put on a rim. Wanted Charged me 20 to swap it 40 to balance and 20 to get rid of the old tire. M and m did it for 25. Offered to sell me a tire for 80 with all that included..lol jerks

One of the employees here brazenly cat called my girlfriend as we happened by, making her extremely uncomfortable. His coworker just sat there and laughed. The fact that an older adult (of the same generation who claims the younger one's have no respect) can be so immature by harassing women at this late date in the year 2023 and actually think it's okay to do that is astounding. Have some respect not only for people around you, but for yourself as well. Also, you're at work, you childish fool.
