Unprofessional representative (John), they are responsible for many broken items before even packing, rude and unprofessional packers (not all the packers that showed up were rude) but there were many rude comments and complaints about moving/packing our items (as a family of 6 we have a lot to pack). Didn't listen to our wishes, even packed raw onions and potatoes to ship overseas which we now need to pay for. In complete shock over our entire experience with this company. They didn't care about our belongs or their interaction with us period. I was reassured prior to their pack date that they were professional and would take great care in our belongings, yet I found myself packing most boxes and my husband was helping them move and lift etc. They packed a bunch of items we asked not to be packed and then left a bunch we needed to be packed..Please save yourselves the headache and stress- use another company. I'm still in shock at the unprofessionalism (I'm assuming the owner) John, whose contact name and phone number is the one for the company and on the paper copy I have.

Good warehouse location. Parking and truck access is a bit of a nightmare. Easy on and off highway though.

The owner/operator John H. is a really good guy to do business with. Rates are cheaper and the place is more secure than Fort Knox! The only downside is they do not accept credit cards which is a bit of a hassle for me, but other than that, I highly recommend this place for all your storage and moving needs!

Little pricey at 125 an hour but the guys who did the loading/unloading were very friendly and thoughtful of our stuff, they showed up 15 minutes early which was a welcome surprise and worked straight through until the move was done. Will definitely be looking at these guys the next time I move. They have tons of blankets, straps, and screwdrivers/allen keys if you're in a pinch trying to break something down or wrap it up.

The guys were very nice but who ever I spoke to on the phone did not tell me that th hey start charging when they leave the building . I was overcharged for less than an hours work! I only had 3 things to move and it costed me 250.00! Needless to say I will never use them again . I'm sick and tired of being ripped off!

This Companies Movers are way out of line. On the phone they said that they are able to move item by going through a 3rd floor balcony. When they got to the storage unit the lead mover/driver got an attitude and said "F*** that we are not F***ing doing that" then proceeded to argue about being paid for their services that they could not preform.. when told that i was not going to pay them for a job that is not being done. He then starting to get very confrontational and saying that he has affiliation with the Latin Kings (A Gang) and wanted to go "toe to toe".

Delivery from overseas was fine, crew was a bit rough around the edges but no issues. They sat around a few hours waiting for second truck and didn't finish unpacking or assembling furniture but left at 315 and informed me they would be back the next day to finish. Never showed up and after calling the company they didn't know crew didn't finish. They found a crew to be here within an hour, about 2.5 hours later I got a call that they were here and we decided they should reschedule for the following day based on time. Day 3 they show up do what was asked and reassembled furniture. That would have been great except the day bed they assembled fell apart when I got home from work and tried opening it. Overall good luck if you use them. I wouldn't trust the crew alone, don't trust anything will get done if the job requires unpacking or reassembly and don't expect quality service or quality work. I hope you have better luck but be cautious.
