The worst place they can go are some crooks, if you don't give them extra money, they don't do the work for you and they take and sell the used parts to people as if they were new. Don't go to that place, they will scam you, my people.

Arrived with no appointment for a state inspection, I asked if they had time. They took me in right away willingly with no hesitation. Outstanding customer service, and the inspector was more than exceptionally polite and thorough with his job. They even added washer fluid for no charge! Service like this is far and few between in this generation. I will be a returning customer for sure. Keep up the great work, and kudos to your inspector that was working today! Sometimes it’s the little things in life that matter. They exceeded for sure.

Takes advantage of young women who know nothing about cars. My daughter went there, and he tried ripping her off. Little did he know her father’s a mechanic. I couldn’t do it because I live in New Hampshire, and car would not make it here. Steer clear of this Tool. Will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau.

I desperately needed an inspection sticker done today and they made it happen. I had run all over creation trying to find someone to accept a walk-in inspection sticker. After being turned down by 4+ establishments, International Auto Repair gladly accepted me.
It was a huge relief. My anxiety was through the roof about getting a sticker today.
When I first arrived, I couldn't find a spot to park and it was busy. I'm not super savvy with driving in the city, so I had to circle the blocks quite a few times before I could find a spot where I was sure my car would not be towed while I went inside to make sure that I could get my inspection sticker.
The road the establishment is on can get extremely busy, so it's hard to pull in and out of the garage. However, the older gentleman working there was very kind and helped everyone get in and out safely. I had some trouble pulling into the building, but I managed. Unfortunately, I was really nervous to back out onto a busy one way street and the older gentleman helped me out when I politely asked.
The older gentleman was extremely kind, helpful, and a genuinely happy man. The young guy doing the inspection stickers was working like crazy to get through all the cars waiting for inspection stickers. They're very hard workers and it was a great experience despite the location.
They're open late (until 9:00 P.M.) if you ever need an inspection sticker. That's super convenient for many people. I wish they had a larger garage in a better spot because it's a great business and they deserve more customers!

Worst place I ever been to get my car seen the guy who picks up the phone was rude as hell barely called to let me no the situation of my car and also wants to charge me money for diagnostic that they probably didn’t even do you are a auto garage. Don’t go there

Nice group of men. All about business attitudes. In and out. They get a lot of business, so be patient. Parking, as anywhere can be tough. A mix of knowledgeable old school mechanics with a few young guys that got skills. Be patient. They got good vibes, clean shop, fair and decent. They're that old school shop that yells down the street when your car is done or you're next in line. Just don't yell at them, they're working hard in a small shop with lots of people needing service. Kindness can go a long way. It was good to finally see them smile and joke around. The customers I met are also nice people. Overall I had a pleasant experience.

I called the state because of the inspections stickers. They rejected cars with legal tinted windows. Factory tinted (30/35). But if you pay $10 extra, they can pass the car. Someone I sent there (rejected as well) with a similar car, has everything on audio to prove it. Stay away from this guys. If they do that with the inspection stickers, imagine with your car.
Add to my review. It's not a pathfinder. You're absolutely wrong.
