My husband and I switched to Humphrey Covill & Coleman Insurance Agency recently and have nothing but praise for them so far! I sent an email just asking some basic questions on a Sunday night, fully expecting a response on a business day, but to my surprise I got a response an hour later….on a Sunday!! They really care about their clients and I trust they will take care of anything we need in the years to come.

Great insurance company they are very helpful.. thank you Savannah and Evelyn.....they make processing a claim easy and check in they truly are an agent that is helpful and they follow through....and they are very helpful if your not good with submitting photos they will walk you through it...beside that I referred my boyfriend to them last year and he saved a ton of money ... choose this agent you won't be sorry!!!!

Barry Dextraze is always looking out for the best possible policy for me, I don't have to ask him to do that he just does it. He jsut saved me a lot of money. They are a fantastic agency to deal with. I have been with them for 20 years. Peter Covil, one of the owners is also a great agent. Don't hesitate to use them, you can't go wrong!

They are local and not a major corporate entity, so we get personalized and very fast attention to pretty much everything we need to know. Their office is always open their phone lines are direct, honestly I have tried 4 other insurances and couldn't wait to get away from them and back to these guys.
