Appointment was at 9am, showed up at 8:55am. No one was there, lights were off. Waited outside the door until 9:15 before I realized no one was showing up. If you don’t want your time wasted I highly recommend not going to this location.

There was an extra charge on my tax return through H&R which was a significant amount. I got tossed around on phone and was not sure how long it would take to get the funds. I brought it to the attention of the office manager Dan Sharpley at this location just so my tax pro, Cynthia Baptista, would be able to help with the problem but on the same day Dan called me and told me he had figured out everything and that I will receive my money tomorrow morning and I will have all my taxes!! Big shout out to Dan for his help really is passionate about his job and helping people!! Thanks to him we can pay for our new apartment!!
