Just purchased gas here, coming here for many years, off and on, and had always been pumped for me,...now, happy to doit myself ,..BUT. they charge me $2 to pump myself???Pump #5 would not pump past $18.01I paid $20, charged to my account.

Today 12/3/2024 at 7:00AMI tried to use the machine to blow air into the tires and it didn't work correctly when I went to tell the employee who at no time wanted to tell me his name just to call him (whiskers) that he couldn't do anything and he didn't know who was responsible for it. the machine, he didn't want to give me my money back, he didn't want to give me the establishment's phone number to talk to the owner, he didn't even check the machine to verify that what I was telling him was the truth, after 5 minutes of discussion and I was already At the door to leave he called me to come back to give me my money (so whether or not I could return the money) I went my way and left without the money, what made him change his mind? I am a regular customer of that gas station but not anymore, unprofessional man and bad attitude

WORST GAS STATION IN NEW BEDFORD. Very unprofessional, treat customers horribly!!! Guy at the front who wears glasses is extremely disrespectful and fresh. He is yelling at young girls and telling them to be quiet in front of others inside the store. WILL NEVER go to this store after being a customer for years!!!!!!!! This is unacceptable. He is lucky that wasnt my daughter because how he treated that young lady is NOT RIGHT.

Full Serve but wait forever for attendant to come out. Sometimes i think they don't come out until there is two cars at the full serve pumps. Very annoying if you are in a hurry. It's pumping gas not sure rocket science. Let's get on the ball.

You might have to pay inside but it's really not a big deal, walking isn't super hard, but if it is they do have full service pumps you can go to
