The very best vacuum I have ever had and the most professional and friendly people to deal with.The initial cost was definitely worth the money as I will have this vacuum for many years.The difference between what is available from regular stores is night and day.This is the quality of what my mother had back in the day. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about the service and the product.

I contacted Handy Andy's one year ago looking for a company that was able to sell me a quality vacuum (able to deal with the hair etc from 2 Border Collies, one cat and horses) and where I could always rely on being able to connect with a LIVE PERSON!
And I have not been disappointed. The machine does the best job of any of my prior machines (including some high priced "ball" type machines.) and the guarantee and personal service will make me a lifetime customer!!!

Customer satisfaction is their number one priority. We purchased their superior machine three years and couldn’t be happier with it. It’s a powerhouse! We had it serviced last week and they promptly cleaned it and replaced the power cord and completed their 360 check. Highly recommend them.

Took a Riccar vacuum in for estimate to repair a minor problem with its power cord…. I was told $800 to replace the cord or $1200 for a new one! These guys must be crooked. I took it somewhere else and had it fixed for $60. Legitimate! A new one is under $600 ….. I can’t understand WHY after all those years in business Handy Andy is doing this to people. DONT be taken advantage of by these unscrupulous characters!
Took my Riccar Vacuum cleaner to the Vacuum House in Hingham, they fixed it for $60.00!

Took my Handy Andy vacuum in for yearly servicing on 7/13 and it was ready to go like new the next morning. I have had vacuum for about 5 years now and with 2 Golden Retrievers it gets used everyday. Andy replaced some worn parts and gave it a thorough cleaning and new brush head,new pipe and hose. All for no charge. Great family business and the nicest staff. If you want a vacuum for life this is your best bet. Thanks Andy

We have been dealing with Handy Andy’s for almost 3 years and we are extremely happy with their own “Quality Vacuum” made to their specifications. The vacuum is unbelievable with the powerful suction, extra long cord, and accessories, including the extra long hose which is great for cleaning stairs, hard to reach corners and ceilings. The best part though is their service They are quick and check the entire vacuum for and problems. They even offer a free loaner vacuum if you are in need. We give 5 stars to Handy Andy’s Quality Vacuum Cleaners!

The Handy Andy’s Vaccum has been great it does a great job with over a year of use and at the time multiple dogs it never got bogged down it was running like new the whole time where as the Dyson we had you could tell would get worse over time. We live that it never lost suction power with all the hair and stuff and also that it’s significantly quieter than probably 90% of the commercial vacuums on the market. Great product great service thank you.

My wife and I had a top of the line Dyson it died and I found Handy Andy’s on line and brought the Dyson to them for a repair and I saw someone demonstrate a Handy Andys Vacuum and I went all in my wife loves it and we have had several other brands as well none stand
up to Handy Andys you guys are the best. Thank You
