Frem's is simply the best, most professional jewelry store around. This is a multi-generational family business where the staff will take EXCELLENT care of you. I brought them several watches, and they repaired/restored them beautifully. They repaired other pieces such as loose settings quickly, and properly. They have a nice line of gift items, watch bands and of course jewelry. The last watch I brought them was fixed in two days, and when I went to pick it up they did not even charge me. These folks are truly service-oriented professionals.
