Rico and Juan were amazing to me when into the Acushnet Ave, New Bedford MA. I was completely unaware of how a Pawnshop works. I asked so many questions and received all answers. I was so nervous am Juan made me feel so comfortable about how I am going to pay and comfortable that I am going to get my very personal Items back. I applaud you and please make sure Rico and Juan sees this and knows how much I was and impressed with the customer service! Hats off to your team !

The people that work for Empire Loan are very helpful and kind, they help you in getting a great deal when pawning you gold jewelry and merchandise for a loan, if you are interested in buying something off there shelf's or displace case they lower there prices if you ask them for a better deal all I got say is Thank You Empire Loan for your great services.

Excellent, helpful, and overall outstanding employee- Rico made all the difference. I was very impressed with the atmosphere of the store. Going to exchange your valuables is a difficult thing and I have always felt uncomfortable in the other places I have been to. I always use empire loan the people are friendlly an they work with you they are not like other loan places an I went to a few others they are not reasonable anyway until today I picked up my chain an it just smelled awful they cleaned it an must of not dried it an put it in the plastic bag so it’s been it the bag for 2 months I’m very upset the guy that I was doing business with dipped it in something that smelled like Lysol made the smell worse so I’ll clean my jewelry myself but overall that’s minor stuff i definitely recommend this place the business is good they will work with you
