Not good don't recommend, They are sneaky putting different prices online vs in person & they only care about how much money they can get out of you. Trust the bad reviews this place gets (there are a lot of them) and just take your business elsewhere.

We were scammed and left humiliated after he dealership made an internet offer of $5375 for our 2010 Nissan which was as advertised, in wonderful shape. The reps on the internet beckoned us to the dealership repeatedly- and once we got there the rep offered us $3000, and later "generously" updated it to $3700. We were treated shabbily and given a line of baloney that you would have to put new tires on it, and it had a couple small dings. Surely you do not expect a 12 year old car in perfect condition with new tires when you make an offer of $5375. I expected some negotiation might be involved in the range of 5-10%. We were flabbergasted by of the initial 45% reduction from their online offer, and were still amazed at the 30% reduction as their final offer. You can be sure I will never again step foot in a Ford dealership, and I will surely warn off anyone I know who is considering a Ford purchase.

I have brought my car in for service for the same complaint 3x. After weeks each time of them having the vehicle it still is not fixed. They are horrible to deal with. They do not return calls, keep you on hold forever and never answer and when you finally go to the place they are so rude. It's always excuse after excuse. I would never go back there. The customer service is awful along with the repairs. It's definitely not like Ashley Ford was.

Horrible service from the day I bought my car till now. The car I purchased is defective, 3 clutches and the car doesn't even have 80,000 miles. I will never buy a car from them again and would never recommend anyone to do so. The service department is also horrible slow and rude. Just don't buy a ford at all.

it's amazing how the owner hasn't fixed the issues with all these bad reviews!!!! I would NEVER buy a vehicle from this place. I inquired about a 2020 Ford F250 they have listed for 75K. I made an offer for 71K. I also had an awesome one of a kind 2016 Tahoe Z71 I was willing to trade. The Far book value at that time for the F250 was around 66K-72K. I received a text with a proposal of my trade for around 24k which was fine with me because the condition of my vehicle is in exceptional condition. they changed the price of the F250 from 75.5k to, $76.9K which was ridiculous and outrageous. I told them no, and I get the bull crap line of " In today's economy, dealers' price there vehicle over and not under" {That was the text I received} Then I received another proposal for 75k. NOPE!!... After that I didn't hear back. I was willing to go up. I even tried to speak to 3 different salespeople through text or email but, when they found out it was me, all communications stopped. The last salesperson I spoke with through the phone and text was really nice and even though this dealership was being a douche, the salesperson I was talking to was awesome. everything was going well; I was sending him a lot of pictures of my truck and was about to offer 72.5K for it. After most of the day has past, I didn't get a response, so I texted back and the person I was speaking to told me, " The manager Tyler told him that I originally offered 71K and from that point, there isn't much more for us to discuss" They think the Truck will sale for 75K LOL Guess what, they had the truck listed for 75.5k and then dropped it down to 75k and now for $74,750. in a few days to a week, the price will drop another $1,000 and so on. I'm really glad I didn't guy this truck. after doing research, I found out that this truck was at another ford dealership 1hr away and it sat on their lot that they had to end up taking it to auction and that's how this crappy ford dealership ended up with it. so, thank you to the douche bag manager who wants to be greedy and over charge on use vehicles. I hope yall have to send it back to auction and lose thousands more on it, on top of paying auction fees. BTY I just bought a 2021 F250 diesel with way less miles. Thank you for being worthless.

They do not stand behind anything that they do unfortunately. Especially there service department.We had to take the brand new truck we had bought from them to another area Ford dealer to fix properly after there service department dropped the ball and billed us for absolutely nothing.

This place will try and nickel and dime you anyway they can. The first time I went they gave me normal oil and they tried to sneak synthetic oil prices. I called themOut and they apologized said it won't happen again. The second and last time I went there they did it again. I called and they just hung up immediately. DO NOT COME HERE. It is a bunch of conniving crooked people.

This is By Far The Worst Dealership Around The Area. i bought a glass and they told me it was expected to arrvie within 3-4 days, it actually took 7 days and they didnt even installed it, I really thought i paid for it to be installed as well, since i paid i little over the price, and they didnt even let me return it, they tried to get more money to get it installed
