Bought a work truck from here. Ford F-150. They kept telling me to get it inspected after they removed the check engine light. I refused until it was gone. This happened for at least a month or 2. The mechanic kept saying the owner isn't going to keep fixing your truck he's getting mad!!!! WELL DON'T SELL ME A LEMON. CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS NUMBER ONE THIS PLACE GETS A 0 ON THAT SERVICE LEVEL. DON'T LET THESE CAR DEALERSHIPS BULLY YOU KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AND MAKE SURE YOU DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. DATE OF PURCHASE AND A LOT OF PICTURES. AFTER I HAD TO SPEND 1000K WITH MY MECHANIC IT RUNS PERFECTLY.

D&D Auto Sales is one of the best used car lots in New Bedford Mass. The owner Danny and his mechanics are wonderful, they go above and beyond for anything that you need even after you purchase your car.

My daughter bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze and the door handle was popping out, the window switch on passenger door didn't work, the battery was just about dead and it had a small antifreeze leak. We were told no problem we'll take care of it. She went back 3 times before leaving the car for 4 days, only to find that they filed the body filler in the door to make the door handle stay for now. The window switch wasn't fixed and we were told he would order the part ( 3rd time we were told parts were going to be ordered). The car was not leaking at the moment but when we had it looked at by another mechanic we found that they fixed the antifreeze leak by putting silicone on the thermostat housing cut and removed the tubing that goes to the throttle body, capped one end and plugged the tubing with a screw and hid it inside the back of the engine. When my husband called to tell the owner about it he denied it all and actually said he should have charged her $100 dollars to fix the door. All said and done the car was fixed properly for $250 in parts and another $200 for the battery. My husband put in the new parts and the car is beautiful now. I will never recommend this place to anyone for buying or repairs. If I could give negative stars I would have.
