I just want to say everytime I call or go to this store at the pharmacy Tara is always helpful, polite, courteous and caring. She's great with people. I really appreciate her going that extra mile to help get my rx's.

The pharmacist don't know anything there! They sort my script and say come back Monday. I go back and they say they can't fill the rest They Shorted me because I just filled the script? Bunch of idiots at this place!

CVS Pharmacy has an automated prescription refill by phone process. This week, I called in a prescription on Monday Night. It is Wednesday early afternoon. I was on hold to speak to a Pharmacy representative for 25 minutes. Now it is their lunch time and no one will answer the phone. CVS is an organization which does not provide a satisfactory customer service experience. The store is out of stock on many items and requires repeat trips to make purchases. Some of the staff cares but most can't be bothered. They now force the customer to create an account online just to check your prescription status. What happened to reaching out to another human being? Why is it impossible to get prescriptions refilled in a timely manner. Not all prescriptions can be automatically refilled and therefore must be refilled immediately. So you call on Monday and it is not going to be filled until Friday. Which is 2 days too late. And YOU CAN NO LONGER politely request a Pharmacy representative to expedite a prescription.

I was looking for a certain sleep med. The pharmacist didn't know and she said that the front stocked that and for me to go there. I did and the lady argued with me and very reluctantly looked it up. She said there's no such med. I had to look up a picture on my phone to prove there was a med and that cvs carried it. This was 2100 acushnet Ave, not my store at 786 Ashley Blvd, which is a great store.

They are the worst of the worst. 1st of all I dont know why you just cant easliy cash out a prescription get a slip and leave...... No... You get ur prescription which they ask out loud for you name and date of birth.. what happened to privacy.....and they ask u for ur cvs card, enter this, enter that... WTH... they ask if you want to round up to the next dollar, then they print you this HUGE slip with such so many unsable coupons then u toss it out. OMG.... Also If you have the absolute worst personality please apply here for a job as Im sure they will hire you. The girl Taylor is So rude, Disrespectful

I've been a customer of there's for years. I've been on this medicine for years as well for "sleep".. I had 2 refills left, they failed to fill them and let it expire.. Forcing me to NOT have my medicine for days , week. Which caused me a lot of problems and stress!!!! Someone dropped the ball. So, Now I go without medicine until my doctor re-writes another script! I called the pharmacist and she said sorry its against the law to fill it!!! Ummm you should have filled it before it expired and I was on automatic too!!! Will be switching pharmacies soon to Walgreens

The worst CVS out of all CVS ever known. I had 5 prescriptions sent over at 10:30 am. I personally called Pharmacist at 3 pm was told give her an hour they’ll be done. Well well the cashier who literally assumes everyone is deaf and unprofessionally calls all customers Hon is extremely rude and ignorant. Ask a question instead of her answering she persists on loudly talking about how busy, under staffed and backed up they are.A. Not my problemB. Where are my prescriptionsC. Stop calling me hon.I will be transferring all my scripts from this under staffed and very behind drug store to a drug store who is fully equipped to be professional and courteous and have prescriptions filled when the Pharmacist says they’ll be done.
