The slowest and rudest employees. I can’t stress enough how much of a joke this place is. Me children’s pediatrician will put their script through I’ll wait 3 hours and then still have to wait at window and deal with ignorant bad mannered service each and everytime !

If I can give the pharmacy a zero I would have. Any other time they’re really good when I pick up any prescription, there’s a newer face name Sadi I think that’s the spelling of her name. First Sadi seen us pull up at the drive through window looked at us and walked away no respect. Than she wasn’t to happy when when I pressed the bell for service why when u have already been seen makes no sense to press bottom. She’s very rude gave her my name and she walked to go get it mind u I had no cash on me for the copay which was 1$ and didn’t want to put on my debit and she refused to have it waved not sure why everyone else will have it waved but right away she stated no she could of now for 1$ like I would of get it another day but that Sadi is one ignorant person she shouldn’t be working with public

Kayla at CVS was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. She explained to me the Extracare+ program and I readily joined saving a lot of money. Kayla should be commended for a job well done. She is a keeper! Donna P.

This place is HORRIBLE, specially the people who work at the pharmacy along with the IGNORANT MANAGER in the morning who likes to hang up on people, I don’t know what crawl up her a$$ or who ain’t giving her good loving but she needs to be fired , using her manager position as some type of authority to talk to people so rude and talking over customers when they are asking for information about their prescription!!!! They are all miserable in that place , takes forever to get a prescription filled and horrible customer service!!!!!! This place is a joke… The manager needs a good reality check as well , but it’s ok , karma will get you when you least expect it for being so rude to the customer coming to that pharmacy!!!!! Miserable Old Hagg.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Now, a prescription for a cat may not be important to everyone, but if you’ve ever witnessed your pet have a seizure, you’ll understand why I am so angry. My cat’s Kepra is supposed to be on auto refill. When it was low and still no notification I used the automated refill line. I received a message that the vet would have to authorize (again) and they would reach out to request it. That was at 6:22am on Wednesday. It’s now after 8pm on Monday. My daughter spoke to the vet this morning and they sent the authorization days ago. She talked to the pharmacy who said (again) that they hadn’t received it. When I checked around 5pm the automated line said it would be ready today at 6:47pm. I arrived to wait in line for ten minutes and got to the register around 7:30pm only to be told “we’re still working on it. I can expedite it but the wait will be about 30 minutes.” Are you kidding me?? My cat has missed 4 doses, luckily seizure free and her meds are still not ready?? I finally got my hands on the refill (90 day supply thankfully) and this will be the last. I will not have her meds filled at this pharmacy anymore. This is not the first time over the past 3 years either. I excused it because of covid, being short-staffed, etc. I love the store and the pharmacy staff have always been pleasant, but this is absolutely unacceptable! Sorry, but I am done with this pharmacy and will use Chewy instead, which I should’ve done in the first place.

Worst Customer Service EVER. DO NOT EVER GET PICTURES DEVELOPED AT CVS. My daughter dropped off film to be developed the first week in December they told her it would be about 2wks and probably about 20.00. Well they just came in this week (which is well over a month) AND THEY CHARGED HER $70.00 FOR THEM. I was pissed I called the store they said they don't make the prices the company that developes the pictures does then I call corporate and they tell me there is nothing they can do I have to deal with the store. I'm f'n livid.

I’ve Been On The Phone Waiting For Someone To Answer For an Hour & 45 Minutes Now. Still No One. Even Though I’ve Been There In Person & Watched Them Ignore The Phones. This Isn’t The Only Thing I’ve Gone 7 days Without Vital Prescriptions Because They Didn't Have A Delivery & That’s Happened Every Month That I’ve Tried To Fill My Prescriptions. I Wait In Line In store & In Drive Thru Sometimes 2 Hours Just For Them To Say They Dont Have My Meds In Stock & Then It Takes days For A Delivery. CVS Is The Most Incompetent Pharmacy Ever. But This Is The Worst One By Far.

The particular prescription that I needed yesterday is on automatic refill at the Kempton Street CVS. I called to check if it's ready (just to be on the safe side) and the machine said it's "in process" which is concerning because sometimes that means they are out of a particular medication so I figured that I better call. I get through to a clerk who said they give precedence to people waiting in store and that they were so backed up that they were not filling auto refill medications. I told her that I'd be right there. I come in, wait 20 minutes in line, get to the front where she says it's not filled but she will put me in priority which should "only" take 25 minutes to a half hour. The last time that I had called in a prescription (not a medication that I had on auto refill) I gave over 24 hours notice, when I came in it wasn't filled and they asked me to wait in the waiting area. Instead of calling my name to the area where I was instructed to sit in, I can only assume they did a general call out from the dispensing area. After about 45 minutes I finally went up to ask and it was indeed ready, so because of this reason I chose to stand beside the area where the clerk was so I wouldn't miss them calling my name. It appeared to only be 3 people on and I overheard the clerk comment to another customer who mentioned seeing only 3 people that they ALWAYS cut back on the number of clerks at 3:30. That's insane. So, today I transferred all my prescriptions out of there and replaced them on Mychart. It's not the clerk or the pharmacists fault at all.

Overheard the people working at the pharmacy making fun of costumers. They also were imitating and mocking people who they have to fill prescriptions for. I was in absolute shock. When they saw me It didn't even phase them. They didn't even care that someone saw and heard what they were saying. They had absolutely no shame. Absolutely terrible. I will NEVER come to this CVS for anything. No wonder why this store has such BAD REVIEWS. If I could give negative 10 stars I would.
