It would be a ok store if they didn’t allow panhandlers to harass people at 3:30 in the morning. I parked at a pump not even a minute and this guy comes creeping up on the side of my car reaching for my door and then knocks on my window and this is at 3:30 am in the pouring rain I didn’t even shut my car off yet I just left but drove by after going to a different store and the dude was still out there bothering people. Thats bad for business.

Not open 24 hours they put on door closed due to shift change from 245am to 300am what is that about don't say 24hrs if u have to close for a shift change ridiculous.

Cumberland farms in general is my go to gas station that being said they need to keep up with the coffee I hate when it's burnt coffee or all the canisters are nearly empty especially during the winter when I rely on multiple coffees a day to keep me going and keep me warm at a good price

I come here religiously every day I live right around the corner this is definitely the best Cumberland farms in New Bedford I’m from here so I can say that with confidence lol the staff there are all awesome they are always friendly it is always clean compared to the surrounding cumbys this one is definitely better run with way better employees that actually work hard ?

I've been going to this Cumberland farms for 7 years at the same time every day 4 amish for coffee. Anyways managment is wonderful and most of all the workers. Well this past summer they transferred another girl to cover weekend over nights that was a bad move because she is the only one who never has coffee..so it happends again today , I dont mind waiting and she knows I'm waiting and brews 2 of the same others but leave no decaf so about 3 regular are all set. And still no decaf she wants to do more of the others and just not brew decaf even tho there is none and I was going to wait so after that I just walked out and I'm all set I've been a regular customer very loyal and she is going to treat me like I'm not there and brew everything possible first besides what a customer who has been going there longer than she has worked there this is unacceptable.i definitely will still be going Monday through Thursday when the real employees work. Sorry for the 1 star guys when she isnt there anymore I will definitely go back on The weekends and change my review.
