They come by my house at 5:18am for a 7am appt and tell me I have 5 minutes to get dressed and be outside. I get outside and the driver sayid "I don'nt know what I am going to do with you". I mean is this company a joke?

Professional gentleman picked me up on time, got me to my appointment about one hour before it began. Very courteous. I wish I could remember his name.My pickup time was delayed due to an accident, add in Boston rush hour traffic and the driver/agency couldn't be faulted. My driver's name was Cathy. She apologized for the delay. On the ride home we had a great conversation, which made the trip fly by.On the whole professional, punctual, courteous and a peerless experience as a passenger.

This was the worse experience, our appointment was for 2:45 we were picked up at 11:30am. The driver was on her phone texting and falling asleep while driving. I am definitely calling Masshealth and sending them the pictures of this driver on her phone with a van full of people including my child.

i have gatra which states in my order i have an infant that i have to being with me. The driver called me (at5:30a.m.) 2 and a half hours before my pick up time told me he is outside and when i asked why so early he got very rude. I asked for 2 mins so i can get my daughter ready he responded by saying I cant bring my daughter and i have 1 minute to go outside when i proceeded to ask another question, he hung up on me and drove away. Which now leaves me and my child walking to our appt and No one at the buisness is even answering the phone. Ive NEVER be spoken to or treated so poorly from any transportation company and I take gatra daily. They run an awful buisness with rude, disrespectful, ignorant employees.

They disregard patients health concerns and needs. Allowing someone who is epileptic and other health concerns to go hours out without eating pr medication. And not informing patient when scheduling transportation that this would be the case. They had me out for 5 hours for a 1 hour appointment. I do not recommend this company and if I could give them 0 stars I would. I sat back and had to have several others get picked up and dropped off while I was of no concern even after calling the office and complaining and stating my concerns to the woman who answers the phone.
