I had been a customer for over 12 years with auto-pay and never missing a payment.I had a 4 line plan that was dropped to a 3 line plan upon the company being bought out. I was still charged the same price for 3 lines as I was for 4 lines previously.Customer support managers at that were unwilling to give any compensation or reactivate the 4th line.I then switched 2 lines to Verizon leaving one line still active on the account. And once again was being charged more for that one account then ANY plans offered by boost at the time of contact-current. And once again Customer support was unwilling to give any compensation due to being overcharged. Even after they accepted I was being overcharged their only resolution was to put me on a new plan at the current prices which was half of what I was being charged. With no compensation for being overcharged for the previous 6months.I finally just canceled my last active line and will never do buisness with or recommend ANYONE do buisness with boost mobile again!Which is a shame because I use to advocate for boost mobile and had multiple active lines under the previous ownership.BUYER BEWARE ! ! !

They have been our go to Boost store for years! Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Kevin R. has assisted us with our needs and resolved any issues we have had. They also have the best deals on new and refurbished, second hand phones. Thank you! We highly recommend this store.

Rick is always my go to to fix or buy a new phone. You won’t regret going to him he may be busy all the time but it’s definitely worth the wait.

Going there for yeats. Recently i hit terrible tomes health and family wise...my phones network took over my number due to a medical network i was getting. The guy who usually is nice to me was talking to me loke i has the IQ of a shoelace. I tried turning it around. I think he did too. But 3 guys sitting back there when you know what the issue is...and theyre telling you...you dont...is super aggravating. I just wanted boost sim. Boost number and be on my way. Got awkward. Turned out alright. But atmosphere on there changed i need a new store. Thats messed up.

I prefer to go to this boost because the customer service is on point. The guys there always are so nice and pleasant. And definitely efficient.

The service is great! The place was packed but I waited less than 5 minutes in line. They took maybe 10 minutes to trade my phone with all the information and contacts switched for me. I would definitely be back.

My laptop had a touchscreen that needed to be fixed when I got it back the screen was not touch, I bring it back to get it fixed properly and he looses my charger and informs me he can’t fix the screen so time and money wasted. The worker who answers the phones never knows anything and always tells me to call when the owner is there

My service was disconnected after a representative failed to place me in the $50 a month plan and I was instead charged $3 a day for 15 day. Then when I tried calling in for support the representatives have placed me on long wait times and disconnected the call. This has been going on since 8:30am and it is now 2:30. The boost mobile call center representatives should be placed under investigation by their superiors. Odiously COVID is showing them to treat customers any kind of way and disconnect calls. We pay our money for services there is no way anyone should be treated like this.
