Store manager had a TERRIBLE attitude because I asked a couple of questions I was confused about. He was so arrogant about giving me his name and tried handing me his business card so I could "complain to whomever" I wanted to. I told him I didn't want his business card and he tossed it on the floor. Last time I went to the store a young lady was very helpful and sweet. I will NEVER use this boost store again. Absolutely terrible attitude and terrible service.

They are lazy, rude and no nothing about fixing phones.... Got fixed a iPad and iPhone. IPad screen is lifted iPhone home bottom Still not working. When went to complain they acted like it was my fault where they are the ignorant a@@h@@@@ that don't know how to fix apple stuff. NEVER AGAIN!

I called around 530 pm on January 30th 2016 and the guy that answered hung up on me before i could finish my question.. He kept interupting me and when i called back to ask him he hung up again? He sounded like he was too lazy to help and just there to collect a paycheck this was at the brock ave location.. I Which makes total sense ... I live down that way amd its a bad neighboorhood. He should be fired !!!! He also neglected to tell me his name. I went into the establishment and one guy said his name was tiago and there was a young man there with a red hoodie or sweater and i think he was the one that answered .. They were ready to jump me when i got there.. All this i think because im gay!!!
