Meri was beyond helpful, she sat there with me for about THREE HOURS (yes, you read that right) Three hours! And provide the best customer service I have ever received from a phone company, she was kind and informative and kept 100 percent professionalism while also taking care of other customers, she show true initiative and worked around all the problems brought before her from the boost “customer support” over the phone, she is a an employee that boost should look highly on, she sets the bar for other boost employees to meet. All boost employees can learn more than a thing or two from her, she is just amazing an a worker, thank you meri for all your help, you turned a stressful situation to a positive one and for that I am beyond thankful

Shout out to meridith (Meri) I went in with an issue with my phone and she fixed it for me Her customer care skills are excellent I feel she's been a blessing to have working in the store she's always smiling and greets you at the door. Boost mobile on Nauset st new Bedford is the place to go

Why is it the only other person has major phone problems isn't wearing a mask(sign on the door says required and out of the 3 people in the store I'm only one wearing one)plus didn't have any screen protector

Had to go back 3 times and still could not get the phone to work had to call Apple to speak with a super and they had a difficult time with this Boost Mobile finale they just sent us a brand new IPhone and we went somewhere else....will never ever go back or recommend this place to anyone!!!!
