The hours are inconvenient and there’s always a line there is never enough staff. It’s too bad but I might have to change my bank, I’m not here for their convenience. I need to have a teller available to me.

The woman who greets the customers is extremely rude and wanted to engage in an argument with me about how I was over the 10 minutes that a customer service agent will wait for you. I had an appointment at 1:00 and came in at 1:08. Not 10 minutes late and she didn’t see me until 1:10. Extremely unprofessional and rude to do this in front of patrons.

Worse experience ever!!! They lie they take so much of your money I told them I don’t want something and they kept harassing me like trying to force me to have it smh and then when I attempt to close my account that they assured me initially that I wouldn’t have to go through much for they make me wait long period of time for a one minute account close. Smh and they do this all while mocking you with a smile on there face awful!!! Everyone I kno who has Bank of America has said the same thing this bank is atrocious in demeanor and conduct
