Jim is so awesome!! He was so helpful and very friendly! They have an excellent selection of nursery and kids sets. All the staff was so helpful, patient and very friendly which made the process so much fun! Prices are fair and the furniture is good quality. Jim went above and beyond for us and we love our new nursery set! I would highly recommend going here!

The warehouse staff were so friendly and helpful! There was a huge selection to choose from and several options/packages. An item we purchased was damaged during delivery and they replaced the item Hassle free in just a few weeks.

From the actual purchasing of my baby's furniture to the delivery and installation, Baby Boudoir was outstanding. I went with them because my older sisters also had great experiences and you can't beat the prices. Preparing for a baby is hard enough, Baby Boudoir makes it easy.

So, so bad. It’s the most disorganized business I’ve ever purchased from and they LIE. After almost 8 months of waiting, I was told about 5 times that my dresser would “be in by next week you’ll hear from us to schedule a delivery time”. Two weeks go by and we don’t hear from them - instead WE have to call just to be told the same thing again and the cycle starts over. Communication is absolutely terrible and the owner is extremely difficult to work with. We were given furniture that didn’t match (NOT our problem) so the owner ordered a new dresser that would match, but took away the discount after what happened wasn’t our fault. Save yourself a huge headache and bring your business elsewhere, I promise it’s not worth it.

The quality, selection and prices at this store make it a must-visit for any expecting parent. We have purchased two cradle-to-college sets here and couldn't be happier with the experience and customer service. Our daughter's crib had a small manufacturing error and the owner went above and beyond to order a new piece at no charge. Skip the big box stores and go local with Baby Boudoir. You won't be disappointed.

Go see Carol at the Outlet on Conduit St! She was so helpful, friendly, and made sure all of our questions were answered. She was not pushy and was not your "typical" sales woman. We ordered a beautiful crib for our little girl and are very pleased with our purchase. On the other hand, the woman at the small store front did not have any customer service. We had not even been in the small store 3 minutes when we were yelled at to make sure we didn't hit anything with our small stroller. It was almost night and day between the experience we had. Please go see Carol at the Outlet/Warehouse location. You will get the customer service a new parent deserves.
