Jim is so awesome!! He was so helpful and very friendly! They have an excellent selection of nursery and kids sets. All the staff was so helpful, patient and very friendly which made the process so much fun! Prices are fair and the furniture is good quality. Jim went above and beyond for us and we love our new nursery set! I would highly recommend going here!

There are so many items to choose from at the warehouse. I picked the set I wanted and was able to schedule a delivery day and time. They called ahead of delivery to notify when they will be there and unfortunately, one of the items was scratched, BUT without hassle they ordered a replacement and it was delivered promptly! I highly recommend!!

The warehouse staff were so friendly and helpful! There was a huge selection to choose from and several options/packages. An item we purchased was damaged during delivery and they replaced the item Hassle free in just a few weeks.

Just bought an entire set from them and the experience was great. We dealt with Jim and he was great. He knew everything there was to know about every single set. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Would absolutely ask for Jim!

From the actual purchasing of my baby's furniture to the delivery and installation, Baby Boudoir was outstanding. I went with them because my older sisters also had great experiences and you can't beat the prices. Preparing for a baby is hard enough, Baby Boudoir makes it easy.

This place is incredible, don’t bother going to a furniture store. They have items assembled, you can touch and feel the quality. Very knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. I was still feeling overwhelmed but after talking more with the staff I got a better idea of what we needed and picked the perfect crib. Can’t recommend them enough!

We bought all of our baby furniture from here. They are super nice people with the best selection around. Very knowledgable. If you go to the main store there are a few sets to see there but the outlet has tons, most are not "last one" but actually new product you can order. We came from Boston where there isn't much to see for baby furniture.

We purchased a convertible crib from here in February and had a fantastic all around experience. The staff were great helping us to select the perfect, high quality crib that looks great, will be able to convert into a toddler bed, and then will last years longer as a full size bed. The selection was wonderful and the personal service with helpful advice was exceptional!

I cannot say enough good things about this store. We bought furniture for both of our sons here...First, 3 years ago without any issue and then this year with a few hiccups that were handled exceptionally. The delivery people were the same both times and they are very nice and super tidy. This last time the nightstand was backordered which was no big deal but then after the delivery guys left I realized that the dresser had loose joints and was damaged on one of the drawers. I wrote an email to baby beaudoir and the manufacturer to tell them about the defects, complete with pictures. The manufacturer wrote back that they would not replace the furniture and just send parts! This would be pretty difficult since the entire side panel needed to be better assembled. Before I could even respond, baby beaudoir wrote back that they would be replacing the entire thing at no cost. At 8 months pregnant this was a HUGE relief! Due to weather and delays, the dresser replacement did not arrive until after my baby's arrival but again, the delivery men were so kind and careful, there were no issues! The store also had great communication to tell me when it would arrive. I will make sure to recommend this business to anyone who is expecting!

We had a wonderful shopping experience. The furniture is very nice quality as well. Unfortunately I can not give 5 stars because on delivery day, half of our order was incorrect. They brought our correct grey crib with a white bureau/changing table (and tried to bring the wrong white furniture in the house). This meant they had to return again the next day with the correct bureau (which means not being able to leave the house again for a period of time). On the 2nd delivery day they were over an hour late past the end of the time frame they told us. I understand things happen and they were all very nice about it, but it was inconvenient and we were not offered any discount on our delivery charge.

Go see Carol at the Outlet on Conduit St! She was so helpful, friendly, and made sure all of our questions were answered. She was not pushy and was not your "typical" sales woman. We ordered a beautiful crib for our little girl and are very pleased with our purchase. On the other hand, the woman at the small store front did not have any customer service. We had not even been in the small store 3 minutes when we were yelled at to make sure we didn't hit anything with our small stroller. It was almost night and day between the experience we had. Please go see Carol at the Outlet/Warehouse location. You will get the customer service a new parent deserves.
