Autozone is always the place that I go when I need to repair my vehicle or just keep up on the maintenance like changing the oil , replacing filters or even light bulbs. The staff is very helpful and if you ever have a problem just ask for Laura. She is a manager and she is awesome!

I'm not sure why the brake pads at this location are so hi priced.besides that the people at the counter know there business.its a busy store and seems to be well stocked.over all good experience.

I swear a bunch of zombies work here. You can hear a bunch of employees talking and having a wonderful time in the back area multiples times I’ve gone here all the while customers wait to be serviced by the counter. This has happened many times. The manager and employees obviously need to be retrained because the way this store is run I don’t think is the way corporate would want it run this way.

I'm visiting here from Pennsylvania. Tyson was extremely helpful today assisting me with a battery issue. Super friendly and knowledgeable too. This will the only place I go from now on when I'm here. A +.

I always go to Mount Pleasant Street Auto Zone and the help is always exceptional. I especially want to mention Mark who went "above and beyond" to help an older women who really is confused in an auto parts store. About a month ago I had a headlight out and he intelligently talked me into buying the 2 pack, (I was amazed at how expensive bulbs were), but he said it was a savings and to put the other one in my glove compartment for when that headlight went out. He then graciously fixed my headlight. I couldn't have felt more grateful for Mark. Then. yesterday I noticed my other headlight was out and went back to Autozone and Mark again quickly and effortlessly installed my headlight. This is such a hugh service to a person like myself. I truly appreciate the way customer service is so alive in this store. it really makes a difference when the employees are so willing to help. I believe it starts at the top and trickles down so please keep your employees happy and inspired, it makes for a great experience.
