“The Costco warehouse near my home doesn't have gas, so this was my first experience. There was easy access to pump lines compared to the non Costco warehouse that I am used to. Price was also $0.12 less per gallon! The difference may be due to the fact that the locations are 40 miles apart, but I think that is a significant difference. I will definitely be stopping here more often as it it close to my work instead of always getting gas near home.”
“It's probably one of the cheapest places to get gas around and easy to get to. They have a bunch of pumps, and the hoses extend if the gas tank is on the opposite side of the pump.”

“After 3 years thinking about it we decided to get a Costco Membership. We have a Bjs a few minutes away from home and we don’t like driving far, so that’s the #1 reason it took us so long to get a Costco membership, but after seeing their prices and products on a visit with my sister we were sold.”

“Purchased 4 tires here, I first stopped by and spoke with Nelis about what tires are available for my car, I took her recommendations home and reviewed my options. I made my purchase on line, set up my appointment.I received a call form Nelis, to delay the installation, as the tires had not arrived. I received a call back the next day to confirm a new installation time, they had the tires. Sometimes you just have to go with it,I recognize it not easy to deal with the public all the time, my 5 stars are for Nelis, for going above and beyond for customer service. She saw me in the parking lot trying to secure the cover on the spare tire, that had not been connected properly by another employee, he had been equally useless when I informed him the cover was not attached properly and asked him for help. Nelis came outside to inquire if everything was alright, and she repositioned the cover and placed it on properly.Thank you to Nelis, you represent BJ tire customer service AAA+”

“The people behind the counter bring that small town independent pharmacy friendliness so sorely missing from the mega retail establishments. I noticed that shoppers who passed by stopped to say hello and the pharm techs knew their names and responded in kind. The pharm techs went above/beyond trying to help me get the price reduced on one of my prescriptions. I was impressed by EVERYONES kindness. The only thing missing was the antiseptic smell so familiar to pharmacies “back in the day”.”

“The food is Costco food. Great value. I was extremely saddened by the lack of sugar free lemonade at the soda fountain. They only had 4 options (Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mtn Dew, and Brisk Raspberry Iced Tea). Service was great as always.
Edit: they now have sugar free lemonade. 5/5 here is your crown, king. ?

“I am not from MA, and I had two flat tires. I was towed to this location and at first they said they didn’t have my tires which was soo stressful. I returned to my car to find another place to get tires asap. But after awhile I got no where and then all of a sudden Jerry.. ( I am pretty sure that was his name) asked how I was doing and I told him not good. He looked again for my tire size and found it thankfully. It was over all a great experience and I am so grateful that he had the tire size and went above and beyond to help me. So thank you.”
“Newer BJs with easy parking and easy to maneuver in store. Seems to have all the stuff u would want but no booze sold at this location. Best part it's is east in and out and open til I think 9pm or 10pm every day..”

I know it sounds surprising to many who have read bad reviews here but this is my second time and I think we should definitely credit them for doing an excellent job. From purchasing a set of tires to getting a car ready was 40 mins. They work hard, deal with all the craziness of the people like us and still deliver high quality. “Love BJs. The customer service at the tire center at this location is rough. I've called them a total of 6 times in the last two weeks. Only once did they actually answer. One time, I heard someone pick up the phone and then they immediately put the call on hold. They never took me off hold—they just left me there with the elevator music. I think they were tired of listening to the phone ring.Maybe they are short-staffed, but they at least need some sort of voicemail to guide people who are calling the tire center.”
