The manager Steven and his co-worker Junaid went above and beyond to solve the problems I was having with AT&T. I am 67 years and do not like change, especially at my age. They answered all the questions and concerns I had. The transition was fast, efficient and transparent. 10/10 customer service. I highly recommend this store!

Steven was fantastic. We are relocating internationally for a year and in only 30 minutes, Steven completely hooked us up and answered every question. He saved us hours waiting on the phone and instead set us up with international plans, answered questions about SIM cards, let us know about the free Verizon promotions we could benefit from that we wouldn't otherwise have known about.

I would like to thank Sammy for helping me when I needed. I lost my iPhone and was very upset. I went to Verizon store in Needham. Sammy supported me, offered me a new iPhone and restored the lost information. Sammy is knowledgeable , professional and a good person.

Went to verizon in Needham, very helpful until I purchased my new phone. The employee kept saying to me "I got ya back. I'll get you a good deal" Called a few times and all of sudden couldn't help me?? I'm upset

I have bought numerous cell pbones over 12+ years at the Verizon store on Highland Avenue in Needham, MA. Sammy and his team have always taken care of every issue I may have had. I have recently moved an hour away and still drive to Sammy's Verizon store because the servi e is so excellent! Keith

Padra is excellent as is Jae at this Needham location. Padra helped resolve a complicated phone swap over many weeks and maintained a pleasant, professional and helpful attitude. Padra helped us out and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, the pros and cons of different models and the best way for us to add a new product to our cell phone plan.
