One of the best post office experiences I've had in a while. Athena is a riot, and she helped me with my passport renewal while multitasking with another customer. I parked in the 15 minute spot thinking "yeah right", and was pleasantly surprised how quickly this went. Bravo Needham USPS!

Excellent! I would particularly point out the excellent work of postal worker Athena — a great, gentle, and patient model civil servant. Thank you to her and to all in that post office.

4 stars for a kiosk machine that I usually use when the office is closed so I dont have to deal with the staff. 0 stars for the employees - they're always unfriendly.
