I bought the wrong product by mistake, never used it and it was sealed. They wouldn't let me exchange it. Most other dispensaries will. Cost me over $100. Sira has good product but this makes me feel like they're more focused on $ than medicine. UPDATE: they fixed everything, changed to 4 stars
