Called on Saturday to ask if they were open today (Easter Sunday). The kid was very dismissive and said yes. I clarified that I was asking because it was Easter Sunday. He again said yes. When we asked the hours, he had to ask someone else, and then let me know 10-4.I called again at 10:30 today (Sunday morning) and got an automated message that all stores were open today. I showed up at 1pm and the store was closed for Easter.My one star review is not due to the store being closed on Easter. My one star review is based off of the dismissive employee who couldn't be bothered to give us accurate information.

I went the other day to look at paint colors and grab paint the young kid who helped me did really horrible helping narrow down some colors and explain the benefits of lines of paint i ended up going elsewhere to purchase my paint said his name was tony

I recently purchased 10+ 1-gallon paints from three staffs at the store in Needham. All of them are knowledgeable and helpful, especially Patty, the store manager. Glad to have such a local paint store to save a few trips to Home Depot or Lowe's.

Not a great selection. The 1st paint store that I have ever been to that dosen't sell individual pot liners, you must buy a 5 pack. Kind of nickel and dime to me.

Called into store because I needed paint for house project. Patsy on the phone was very kind and explained the entire curb pickup process to me. They had a safe setup and made sure everything was clean and ready for me. Thank you for working during these difficult times. We appreciate you. These people who are rude to you because they have to wait in line are rude and entitled people. You deserve respect! Thank you Patsy!!

Completely clueless about customer service. The young lady at the counter yelled at me in the rudest manner because I asked her a quick question out of line. Horrible response. I'm supposed to wait in line for an hour to find that they don't have a spectrometer? What paint store doesn't have one of those? Unless you want rude service, and a very very long wait don't go here. I wish I could give a negative star, or no star at all. Unbelievably bad.

Cameron knows a ton about paint and is a really kind person. He carried two gallons of paint out to my car when I was pregnant, and always made sure I got the best prices. I've been in here a few times and I've always had a really good experience. Really good people working here.
