This hotel has super thin walls so you are constantly woken up by others.
Also, the house keeping didn’t even knock they just walked into my room 3 hours before checkout because they thought it was close enough.
I don’t like to leave reviews but I travel a lot and really don’t recommend this place.

Wow I've never felt so unwelcome in a hotel before. I had to call front service to be given a fresh towell. There was no more body wash and we were given 1 bottle of water. Seriously? I would have spend less to stay at a motel instead. The workers here look like they hate their jobs, especially the front desk and the Starbucks worker. I asked for an ice shaken expresso and she had no idea how to make it but instead of telling me she just made a random drink ( i could hear her talking to her co worker and said i don't know what she ordered).

The price of this hotel made it worth the stay but very little else did.

Moldy bedroom and bathroom with stains on the towels, see pictures attached…I had a small cut asked for a first aid kit and they told me they didn’t have one… coming from a large franchise that I have used many times. This was a huge shock. They told me call 911 for a small cut and a request for a band aid..this was the staff on 9/10/24….avoid at all costs, horrible service, rude staff and mold in the rooms

We asked properly where it was easier to go to the room, an employee told us, and he told us to follow the number. The tone of his speech was different from us tourists. The room is ok, it's just that the man who talked to me was not in the mood. I do not recommend this place...

Bad Services. The lock on my room was damaged and it took hours to get it fixed.

We stayed for a week as a family of 4, including a 1 year old and a 3 year old. We upgraded to get the lounge access included, thinking it would be useful with the children. However, I was very disappointed with my stay, felt like we constantly had to ask for napkins and cutlery. One night only 1 pizza was brought out for all guests with lounge access, no explanation was given or apologies, us and other guests were left waiting for an update that never came. There was also a fire alarm at 1.30am, we rushed down to the meetup point, stayed with 50+ other guests and about 35 minutes later we all started moving to our rooms. Again no apologies or acknowledgment was given or a reason why. Lastly, I had an unpleasant interaction with a maintenance worker whilst my son was playing in the snow in the courtyard. We were hastily ushered back inside, but there were no signs or notices stating the courtyard was closed. There are nice staff at the hotel, but I feel it gets overshadowed by those who either don’t want to be there, or don’t care enough to hold themselves accountable for the service. I would not recommend for a young family, would probably be best suited to short business trips.

I have been staying at a lot of hotels lately. Not terrible, but not awesome. Slowest elevator ever!

I stayed here after an event at MGM Hall. It was quite far from the station, so I needed an Uber.
However, the response from the front desk after arriving was quite good. It was a hotel that I would like to visit again.
Unfortunately, the hotel is old and the air conditioner in the room didn't turn off easily.

Sorry, but I haven't been excited about this facility.I was impressed with the decor. they intended its style to be on the side of "posh" and "elegant". Unfortunately it is a little dated. The rooms are highly priced for what you get. It's clean and decent size but it's missing the mark.No microwave in the rooms, no little freezers in the mini fridge and no breakfast unless you pay for it.The staff is extremely friendly. You will sleep well but you can find better options for a bit less. The rooms are sparse with furniture such as a small coffee table or hassack for the couch, very uncomfortable and cheap desk chairs. The floor has a shared microwave (yuck).Fitness center and pool is OK. A decent set of stair and running machines, and a nice pool. But no other workout equipment besides a set of dumbells and medicine balls.Dollar for dollar, you can do better. The conference rooms look OK.Check it out for your specific needs and possibly save a few bucks by going elsewhere.
