I've talked to an extremely dumb rep over there today who could even answer simple questions about opening up a savings and checking account. He was extremely rude and then hung up on me. I tried to call back again twice and he picked up the phone and hung up on me again both times. Is that a way to treat a potential customer that is trying to do business with your company? I will be escalating this up to regional management in Boston on State Street.

Absolutely terrible bank! Please, do not bank with this institution! Run away while you can, or have your credit ruined by this awful place!

I don't know what the other guy below me went through, but my experience was on the other side of the spectrum! I had a huge problem that was solved in a very efficient manner. The individuals there are very nice and very respectful! Sofia helped me out, and if you ever have an issue, go see her. I would highly recommend this bank and branch.

Now "Santander Bank"... but same level of inept suck that it always was. Don't do business with this bank, and if you insist on doing business with Santander/Sovereign, avoid this branch at all cost. Probably the worst level of customer service... EVER. Expect phone calls selling you "new and improved" products and services on a regular basis, but don't expect a reasonable explanation of any fees incurred, or a semi-reasonable explanation of charges to your account and why or how the posting process is conducted. One person actually told me to "read the fine print on the back of your monthly statement to learn about changes to deposit policies". Bottom line- worst bank on the planet. And that's saying something giving the high-level of bank "suck" out there.
