This was my home branch for many years and I really enjoyed interacting with the people that worked there. The the new supervisor Nicole is rude and unprofessional. I called in to see if I could have a overdraft fee reimbursed because I know there is a one time once a year courtesy wave for a overdraft fee. I have not had one for this year. I went to the branch yesterday to transfer money from my checking To my savings knowing that I was getting paid tomorrow on Friday. Unexpectedly a recurring monthly bill got pulled early from my account prior to my payday tomorrow which resulted in an overdraft fee. Nicole said not only could they not wave the fee but that Salem 5 paid it to spare me the embarrassment of missing this payment. I found her tone and the way she was communicating to be extremely rude and unprofessional. I called a different branch and they were much nicer. The woman I spoke to explained that the overdraft fee does not start at the calendar year rather it starts over after the month that the fee was waived in the prior year. So if it was waived august 2021 it would be waived again once anytime after august 2022. Nicole and Sean are confrontational, rude, and unprofessional. They continued to speak over me, cut me off and Nicole even put the phone down when I was speaking. They constantly kept trying to transfer me instead of taking the time to explain the overdraft policy. As long as Nicole is working there I will NOT be going to this branch. I advise to go to any other branch! The quality of staff has really gone down.

My niece had a horrible experience with the new supervisor Nicole. I overheard the phone conversation that she had and I was shocked to hear how Nicole was speaking to her. As a veteran that served this country it is ridiculous to see how much the quality of customer care has gone down. Nicole was rude and even put the phone down to blatantly ignore my niece. Disappointed in the lack of quality customer service.

These guys are doing a great job of taking care of their customers during the Coronavirus pandemic. I parked in their parking lot, walked over to the drive through, and was able to get a cashier's check at the drive through. Thank you for all of your help.
