No happy customers and they appear in my opinion to use a 'shell' company that uses misclassified gig workers.

Sucks is the only word the comes to mind. My apartment complex is under contract to have them as the provider and Jesus H Christ. Once a month the internet is down and it’s always the same excuse…an update. On top of it, their customer service is even worse. Read from a script and never any updates. Overpriced service. Ive already threatened with legal action.

Ever since they have started to use Calltek . they are having all sort of problems and complaints from Hospitality with issues with network connectivity . This off shore Middle man is driving down perception about safetynet and there abilities to not meet SLA as well as costing Hotel chain to lose customers as well as Income .
cause when you can't provide basis internet or phone service , but mainly Internet service . customer will be not only getting either partial or full refund for there stay .
we have fiber experts and Network engineers ready to assit . but unfortunately the people making decision think thats its better to send a cabling Tech to try to provide Professional Network engineering support. cheap labor is not skilled labor & skilled Net engineers are not cheap .
so the saying that everyone know is .
You get what you pay for and since they are cheap that's what they will attract to go try to resolve a complicated issue.
I hate to say it but ever since you have outsourced to Cal tek you metric and customer satisfaction should be at an all time low and just getting worse.
better start handling your own dispatches or continue to have re dispatches and all sort of problem with Hotel management cause Im sure they are not happy at all with the service they receive .
Moving forward we will stay away from providing professional Network Operations Field Engineers to any Caltek work orders
They do not make good decisions. and they surely don't put the customers needs first .
we use to provide support service to Safety net , for everything they needed be it Network or PBX or anything else they need our support . and was always successful but since they have gone with this offshore company called Caltek and not only are they cheap they are not good for your business.
We want nothing to do anymore with them and trust us we will not even provide our services thru Caltek .
Best of Luck SNA
call us direct if you want problems resolved with 1 visit ,,
keep everyone happy and quickly resolved, there was a time that this use to occur . Hope you can rebuild your reputation soon .

This internet provider is the absolute worst, and that's saying a lot. I'm pretty sure they throttle data and device speeds, and they lie about delivery speeds too. I'm stuck with internet that's literally slower than my phone hotspot because my apartment complex relies on this company for internet service. Customer service, though very nice, literally consists of only three people, and I'm almost certain they operate out of someone's basement. It's evident they have zero database or logging technology because despite calling about a hundred times, they still have no clue who or where I am, even though I've talked to the same people many times and provided my name, e-mail, phone number and address. There have been times when my download speeds were less than 1 Mbps, and my upload speeds have never moved out of the kilobits per second range. Impossible to game or run more than one device. I've had them block devices on and off to boot. The entire apartment complex has experienced outages lasting more than 24 hours, and now they've resorted to providing temporary Wi-Fi for the whole building due to issues. In 2024, it's insane that this company even exists and that residents of corporate housing complexes or hotels are forced to pay for something they're not even close to receiving. just wow, mind boggling bad.

If Google gave everyone the ability to give a zero star review once in their lifetime I'd use mine on Safety Access Net. How this company is still in business is beyond me. Their uptime cant be more than 60 or 70% and im being generous with those figures. The absolute worst ISP I have ever come across, in fact to even to call safety access net an Internet Service Provider would be a stretch as they more often than not dont provide anything at all. It's a shame that our country has created the infrastructure for companies like these to exist where customers are forced into using a service since there is no other option. Even worse is that there are companies (people) out there like SAN who exploit these environments. If you are reading this and thanking about using SAN I would strongly encourage you to look for literally any other option.

Safety NetAccess is an absolutely abysmal ISP. I have had the unfortunate luck of being stuck with their service at multiple low-end Hyatt properties and both their technical setup and their customer service are bottom of the barrel. Their phone agents are apathetic and completely unhelpful. Promises to follow up regarding service issues go broken. Their ticketing system is worthless: They just open service tickets and throw them into a black hole where they will never be resolved. This is just a small fly-by-night ISP that is taking advantage of corporate dysfunction to sell accounts and provide the worst quality of service possible. Please, if you are a corporate buyer, do NOT even consider this joke of a company for internet service!

Safety Net Access is horrible. I have had to deal with their internet on the road for work and it’s horrible. The have had intermittent internet for over 60 days. No matter how many times you call I can say only once or twice was my issue resolved and good Wi-Fi is needed for work.I even had a representative hang up on me when I asked to speak to the manager. Only to call back and still be told that my issue needed to be sent to a manager. You can look at the grammar in the 5 star reviews and tell that they’re fake. No business in their right mind would have this many issues and continue to use them smh

I would honestly never recommend this company!! There are employees there that just do no care to help anybody with anything. I have spoken with multiple employees especially Drake who seems to never have any supervisors available and will just hang up on you whenever they want! Would never recommend unless you want to wait weeks to resolve your issues!!

Great communication. Although I needed residential service and safety NetAccess provides commercial applications, Ashley was helpful and incredibly fast helping me find an ISP provider.
