Petco never called me back about my dogs bad grooming experience I called twice and they said a manager would call me back but it never happened

All the staff were awesome and very helpful. They are all friendly and happy to chat about pets. Every time I go to this store I learn something new about different animals they keep at the store. Also they have everything I need for my two picky cats. ?

The store smelled and was dirty and disgusting. I actually felt bad for the employees. Also the selection was less than previously.

The cashier was very cordial with us. She was very nice to our dog. She helped us apply coupons. We spent over $200 in purchases. It's nice that Petco allows customers to bring pets into the store. We never leave without buying a few things.

I found all the food I was looking for, for my cats, including some pet grass which was near the checkout! I'm glad that you're carrying it. The only downside is that it seems rather expensive. I buy pet grass from a local microgreens place in Hyde Park who sells the same size for $6. Your's was $8.99, and the bottom was root bound. Anyway, thank you for carrying it.

Bad Customer Service! This store wanted to charge me double the amount of the listed price on the shelf just because I was not interested in signing up to their Pals program. I told the man on the register that the price on the shelf was not that amount (He said he didm't believe it, and refused to go look.) I also showed him the Price online on Multiple different sites (including Petco). He lied and said I can only get the standard Price for the item anywhere Chewy - Walmart - Amazon etc... if I signed up for the Pals Program with him. I asked for a refund went to a different petco and got it for the normal Price without any issue or (Signup)

I had called them earlier and asked if they had gerbils, they said they had plenty. I went in an hour or two later, and they only had one male who was aggressive. Only one gerbil. Labels on rodent terrariums were mixed up, said "guinea pig" while there was a mouse. Staff are nice, pretty much full in stock with items and other necessities. Other than rodent section, good.

It should be illegal how bad it smelled in there the other day. And I go to pet stores regularly enough so I’m not being fussy. This was run and hide bad.
