The principle Forooz is just an amazing person. She is on top of everything. The teachers are to die for. They work so hard to make sure every kids get their attention and I love the kids to teacher class ratio.Very well organized and the fact that my son keeps asking me that he wants to go to school just tells me how happy he is there.I would give this center a 6 star rating if I could.

High staff turnover; school closes with no advance notice so parents and families are left without day care. My grandson's infant/toddler classroom has just closed for up to three weeks due to staffing issues. No advance notice. Lack of communication from management including not answering emails about tuition and rates. They just ignored and said they did not see the email. Resent it after talking to director and they still did not respond.

My boys been there since 3 months old and I have never been disappointed with the care and attention all the workers give us when we arrive. They areExtraordinary!!!P.s I drive 30 mins plus everyday to drop them off, but the care is so perfect it’s worth it.

My toddler has been at knowledge beginnings for a year and he has absolutely loved it. He has really flourished socially and academically. He has had wonderful teachers who are so great with the children. I like that I receive updates and pictures via their app throughout the day.He went back when the center reopened after the Covid shutdown and he could not wait to go back. They have done an outstanding job keeping the children and staff safe in the new normal.

I love Needham knowledge beginnings, I was nervous at first about sending my daughter there because for one she is a girl (she is an infant) and I’m very protective of her. But my baby has been there 3-4 months now and she loves it there that she can’t wait to get out of my arms and go with the staff...the staff there is so friendly and they keep me well informed and updated with my infant by sending pictures of my lil one and the progress she has made since being there. I applaud ms. Lisa and the rest of my baby teachers for taking such TREMENDOUS care of my princess. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED them.

my son is currently enrolled in the infant program. From a parent standpoint the staff is professional and welcoming and take good care of my baby. He has learned so much in first week of school that I was able to see a difference after the first couple of days. The staff at Knowledge Beginnings are not only professional but we are a family, and the staff is as diverse as the students.

My daughter has been at knowledge beginnings for over a year, except for a few months COVID break, since 4 Months old. She absolutely loves it, if we even mention daycare, she’s off fetching us her shoes as she is so excited to get going. The staff are great, but the only thing I will mention is that they have new management recently and I will need to see how this great experience continues over the next few months.

My son started at Needham Knowledge Beginnings back in January when he was 6 months old (pre-COVID-19 times) for full-time care until the shutdown happened. After daycares in MA began re-opening, my husband and I somewhat reluctantly made the decision to send him back to school for full-time care considering the fact that working from home full-time and watching a (very active) 12-month old was pretty much impossible. However, we are so happy that we sent him back because he has been thriving since being back! He comes home happy each and every day and gets to do so many different activities at school that we just can't do at home. We appreciate the hard work and dedication the teachers and staff have for keeping the children safe, healthy, and happy, especially during these times of uncertainty. We particularly value the care and attention that they are able to give to each individual child despite it not being a 1-1 set up (i.e. nanny). Needham Knowledge Beginnings is an excellent child care center all around.

I cant speak to the quality of the childcare but I can speak to the customer service/administration of the center....We put a deposit down in September 2018 for a spot for our son beginning in April 2019 which was confirmed. I called several times in the 2 months leading up to April 2019 to plan a visit to bring him in for a for a couple of hours prior to his official start date which is required. My phone call went un-returned multiple times. I called two weeks before his start date and was told by the Director that they couldn't accept him until maybe mid to late May because they were understaffed and their regulator wouldn't allow new admissions. I was told that they found this information out approximately 5 days prior but I hadn't received a phone call informing me and only found out when I called. Needless to say, we had to scramble to find another daycare center which is not easy in this area as most places have lengthy wait lists. To their credit, they did return my deposit quickly.I can understand, to some extent, being understaffed in a tight labor market but not being told immediately that they could not accept him is unacceptable to me as we were very close to being left in a position where my wife's maternity leave was over and we did not have childcare for my son or were forced to put him in a center that we did not feel comfortable with. Every day we had to find alternative care at that point mattered.Fortunately, we found a center to take him on short notice that we love and it worked out for the best.

We are big fans of KB Needham and their staff. Two of our children attend the daycare/preschool and our oldest has been there two years and a half years. Our kids get a lot of attention, education and proper discipline. The environment is very clean and safe and we love most all of the staff we've encountered.

My son loves it here. The educators are so friendly. I love the new app where I get a daily report and pictures of my sons day. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and loving preschool for their little one.

This place is awful and discriminates against children on the autism spectrum. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!! The director and staff have no clue what they are doing. The children in Pre- K are constantly running around with an unstructured environment. They are understaffed and are not trained or equipped in how to handle children at all. BE WARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!! The staff is overwhelmed with the kids and constantly seems frustrated with the children in their care. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!!
