Our toddler son goes to KinderCare at Needham Heights for last 3 months. It has been good experience so far. They have amazing teachers who are friendly, take personalized care of kids, and always available to talk to parents. The management team with Jackie and Marina is great in managing staff shortage/schedules and provide a seamless care to families.

I can't speak to the actual childcare as this is purely based on my experience when we visited this center. We toured this center a few weeks ago and had an awful experience. The first time we went we were told our visit had been rescheduled. However we were not informed about this prior to us getting there by either a phone call or email which was really inconsiderate since we had taken time off work to visit the place. Anyway, we rescheduled for the following week. When we got there the next week, the center director who was showing us around seemed extremely uninterested in actually showing us the center. The infant classroom was closed the day we went due to both teachers being out. She didn't even bother to turn on the lights to show us the classroom. After, we were done with the infant classroom (which was less than 5 min), we stood awkwardly in the hallway. It almost seemed that she had expected us to leave at that point. I had to ask her if we could see the toddler and preschool classes and the rest of the facility. She then said the toddlers were napping, so we couldn't see those classrooms. Then I asked her about the preschool classrooms and she again said the same thing about the kids napping. However, in the preschool classrooms, I could clearly see the kids walking around and the lights were on. So it felt like she was just making an excuse to not show us around anymore. It just made us feel like she was trying to get us to leave ASAP and we felt very unwelcome. We were in and out in about 10 mins! This was easily the worst daycare tour for us and needless to say, an easy one to strike off our list.

Previously had been incredibly happy here. Now very short staffed and not even open posted hours because of staffing shortages. Teachers who are working are absolutely wonderful and take amazing care of the kids; I feel bad for them working in this environment.

Our daughter has been attending this center since she was 6mo old. The teachers and infant/toddler program specialists have been very helpful in easing her transition into the daycare and also from classroom to classroom. She has thoroughly enjoyed her time at the center for the past 5yrs. I would highly recommend them.

I’m crazy about this place. I was so nervous to drop off my 5-month-old, but I’m so glad I made it through that first tough week. She’s now 10 months and loves her teachers, and they so obviously love her too. They’ve become wonderful partners on our parenting journey and I always look forward to their updates when I pick her up in the afternoon.

I couldn’t find better preschool for my 4 year old girl. This is great place. She enjoys every day spending there. I want to thank especially you Amy and Micaela.

Kindercare staff is friendly, reliable and nurturing. Both our kids attend the school and have flourished under their care.

My daughter loved her daycare class at Kindercare. She only attended one year, but at age 4, her teacher taught a kindergarten curriculum that was extremely effective in preparing her for class in the Needham elementary school district. Everyone is also very friendly and caring with the children, making them feel warm and welcome every day.
