I highly recommend this business. Price was reasonable, and I never had a single problem in any way shape or form. Responses were prompt, employees were pleasant and the water was of good quality. Of the water delivery companies I've used in the past, this was the by far the best.

We've been working with Nature Springs Water for a couple of years. Tremendous service. Often same-day delivery. When we run out of water - they're on top of it! AND they answer their phones. I've never called without someone answering the phone and jumping on the order. The best!

Switched from "the big" water company and could not be happier. Order as many as you like as often as you like. No minimus, no commitment. Same or next day delivery and all it takes is a phone call.

I had a big blowout with Nestlé Refresh. My dispenser was broke on Tuesday, I was told I'd have a new one Thursday. OK. I come home Thursday @ 530 no new dispenser. I call. Get put hold till they closed. I called today canceled my account. I called Nature Spings 4 hours later I have water and a dispenser. I'm very happy with the service! I was ecstatic that I got this on a whim on a Friday to boot! Thank you! I look forward to a long relationship with Nature Springs!

We switched to this company to deal with someone local, and we are very happy we did! They are very responsive and reliable, and really do a great job!

So sick of this company. I have been a customer here for about 5 years and of course their prices have just skyrocketed and service isn’t any better. They take 4 days to deliver your water and of course are paying for a delivery fee. I just had a baby 4 weeks ago and have older kids at home and I’m nursing my baby and need our water and they told me it would be delivered next day or day after and now it’s the 3rd day. They have done this before and it’s just bad customer service. I literally now have to go out to the grocery store and get waters because we are out !! I can’t wait to find a new place to order my waters from, because I hate this company. The owner isn’t the friendliest person to talk to either. So mad right now !

We always had positive experience with this company, but this time I asked to get 5 bottles delivered instead of 7. I was told to order 6 to avoid delivery fee. I called to ask why were we charged the delivery fee, even though it was only $10 I wanted to clarify the reason for the fee. The guy told me that no one would say there is no fee and that I aggravated him and got on his nerves! The guy was extremely rude and said he can come back and take the cooler away right now. I felt threatened and thought this guy will show up in our office. A few of my coworkers were witnessing this conversation.
