absolutely worst quality of dry cleaning.. this was my first time trying this place out. Typically I go in Boston at French Cleaners but wanted to try something a little bit more convenientI asked for the shirts to be folded pressed with extra starch.Out of the 10 shirts, 2 looked like they were pressed, collars were very wrinkled I'm sure I would get the same results if I did them myselfI brought it to the attention to the older gentleman/ owner and he seemed really indifferent.he said it was the best he could do.He said he does thousands of shirts every day for 48 years which I didn't really care.I was really only interested in the shirts I was paying for and my finished resultsInstead of offering to try to redo them and make it right he just basically insulted me and told me I was there to complainI was there because I was looking to find a local dry cleaners and had actually brought more shirts to drop off to him. I never thought the quality would be as bad as it was clearly I'm just going back to French cleaners.

first i went to pick up dry cleaning & they were open but door locked and no one there..all the way across town and had to go back hrs. later, i went back took my cleaning and the man was huffing & snarling as i was checking to make sure my sweater was clean & stain free as this has happened before to all of us im sure! writing this for my husband he didnt want to say anything but i think this should be said, my husband is BLACK and he was going to volunteer at a hospital in Boston and on his way he had some dry cleaning he was bringing to the MAYFAIR DRY CLEANERS, he threw it in a TRADER JOE'S grocery bag and left. he told me when he walked in he said good afternoon to the man inside and the man said what did i want and whats in the bag as if he had a weapon in the trader joe's bag. my husband said i looked at him confused and told the man uhhhh i have some things i want dry cleaned. but thanks if you have a problem serving BLACK PEOPLE in your establishment i will take my business elsewhere. Not trying to sound over sensitive but he should;ve considered it a privilege that we would choose to bring our dry cleaning to him. thereare many around you know. I just wish that people would start to treat us all the way we should be and not just because you stiuck a freaking little sign in your yard that says BLACK LIVES MATTER. Yoj have to live in and embrace it and treat all men as men and be no difference nor levels.

Very average. It takes them pretty long time to clean or alter things and they are really overpriced.

Horrible Service, both the older man and the older lady are lairs, and scam artists. I would not trust them with your clothes, because if something goes wrong as it did with me they claim they are not at fault and wont even try to work with you to resolve the matter.

The owners are always very nice and personable. They do a good job and just started a new wash and fold too!
