Lori, as a manager, has been highly unresponsive and failed to assist me in locating my package. I've been waiting for over 20 days, which is unacceptable. This level of service is truly disappointing.

I have been expecting a delivery and my package has been stuck at this location for several days which is the last stop before delivery. The package has been delayed by several days. I have been waiting at home but they have not made a delivery attempt although it is already past time

I don’t get why there are so many bad reviews. I went on a Friday evening & there was no line & the employee who got my package within 2 minutes was organized and nice. Maybe the bad reviews are from some other employees at a different time?

This company's delivery service is unreliable and disrespectful. Drivers ring the bell and run away, even when I have left a note on the door explaining that I need a few minutes to come downstairs. This has resulted in me missing important packages.
