Fidelity's few bank branches are all way out in the middle of nowhere, and there are no Fidelity ATMs anywhere that I can find for deposits in the Boston area. I understand that Fidelity is mainly an investment firm, but it would be nice to have basic everyday money management services available to their customers. Their app and website are abysmally user-unfriendly for banking and for investments, as well. I'd check into other options if I were you. Fidelity is not a convenient banking experience at all.

The bank manager called me rude because I was upset that there was a $10 fee to close my account. I never raised my voice, I only stated that I was unhappy about the fee and that customers have long memories. So instead of closing my account, and to avoid the $10 fee, I left $1 in the account. I hope their marketing people take notice. It's an idiotic policy, they lost a customer for life, and now they have to maintain my $1 account, forever.

Ihave been a Needham resident for over 35 yrs. I have trusted this bank with a number of personal accounts, Ira's & Cd, Safety dep. box, & account for grandchildren. Always very polite and accommodating. When calling on the phone, they are always eager to help.

I have had a safety deposit box here for 4 years. I need to access it 6-8 times a year and they are always friendly and helpful. there are two young male tellers who are so respectful and charming. I feel very valued when I go in.

They were extremely rude to me when I called and tried to ask a question about my debit card. I was blown away at how rude and disrespectful the lady was to me over the phone. It ruined my day and I will no longer be doing my business there. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
