I have been using DL Atkinson for close to 30 years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Without fail, they are responsive, reliable, professional, courteous and focused on customer service. It is certainly rare these days to have this kind of experience with a service provider, especially over three decades. As a 4th-generation family business, I truly value their service.

Today is our first time using Doug's septic cleaning service. We are very very very satisfied with his service: Doug is super knowledgeable and professional. He explained how the whole system works and told us which part needs to pay more attention to in the future. I will keep using his service until he retires!!! Thank you, Doug!!!

We needed a quick pump of our system due to an operating issue. They were extremely quick to respond and help out. Their knowledge of the system was exceptional and they spent extra time cleaning the system and figuring out the operating issue. Our previous contractor was not nearly as thorough, and there is no way they would have either expressed concerns to me or stuck around to figure out the problem. No one wants to talk about this kind of thing, but when you have to, these guys are great. Very friendly, show up on time, and are very reasonably priced. I have used them for years. They make scheduling easy, they even find the top of the septic, if you don't remember where it is.
