Great staff very friendly and helpfull even though they are so overwhelmed with work. They run around like children with head cut off but they smile and acknowledge you when you inter the store immediately. They pharmacy staff is completely incompetent. I called twice for same day delivery and they dropped it in the mail. Which now means I've missed doses of my medication and need to wait 2 days for it to get here. What a pathetic group of people they are.

They're never on time to open the pharmacy. If they say they open at 10, don't show up till 10:15 at the earliest. Honestly, if you can't staff the pharmacy enough to open at 10, don't say you're going to open at 10.

I called at closing last night right before closing to confirm my prescription was in stock. They confirmed that it was. I had it sent in today and it's now out of stock. The lady I spoke with today was very short with me. I was trying to figure out other options and while I was mid-sentence asking a question said "ok, good luck" then hung up on me! why is CVS so awful!

Pretty awful service. Called in a few times and they verbally said a script was filled, just to have a drive in and say it wasn’t available. Woman pharmacist is very rude during any visit, could care less.If you say it’s ready on the phone, be held accountable if it’s not. Find a different CVS if you can.

Best customer service of any CVS. Always helpful and polite. Wish the store was bigger but can’t do anything about that. Good stock for a smaller store.

My son's medicine hasn't been filled for more than a week. It's so distressing! I can't reach a human being by phone either...I'm going to a small family owned pharmacy where actual people answer the phone and my questions.

Took 1.5 hours after appointment for anyone to even respond to us; then another 1 hour to actually see someone for our vaccine. A full 3 hours from start to end.Don’t bother making appointments at this location. It wasn’t like they were extremely busy either; there were just 6 people processed for vaccines in that time

Never have had my prescription filled on time once since going to this CVS. On top of it being on auto-fill, I have to call at least two weeks in advance and refill my prescription, for it to still not be filled for another month. 10/10 would never recommend!!!!

Do you have a no star option?! My late friend Ralph Hoagland is rolling in his grave because of what the people who work for the company he founded are doing now. I want DPH to check their pharmacies because if retail is any indication of the rest of their operations this business should be closed immediately and permanently

If you are a door dash driver don’t pick up orders here, the staff are rude and disrespectful, they also tell you to use self checkout even though you aren’t supposed to. Terrible service, and unkempt workplace…disgusting

There is always a long line at the pharmacy. I've called the pharmacy and waited on hold for over an hour. They need to hire more people. They are clearly severely understaffed. This has been the situation for years at this location, so covid and vaccinations are no excuse.
