I have shopped at The Closet Exchange for many years. I have since moved away from Needham, but still make a trip just to go to the store and shop. I always, ALWAYS buy something! I own a gorgeous turquoise blue Kate Spade bag from CE, and get compliments all the time. I purchased two suits for work there, and wore the hell out of them, getting compliments all the time. I have also purchased beautiful Eileen Fisher clothes and lovely jewelry at a fraction of their original cost. My favorite store ever!

Closet Exchange is my favorite store! Every time you visit, there’s always new things to see (and buy!) Amazing clothing, shoes, bags & jewelry! Maggie and Bob (the owners) are so welcoming & friendly as are the gals who work there! I’m also a consigner and love the easy drop off system. Clean out your closet and go see Maggie! Highly recommend!

This place was super cute, clean, and organized. I visited three similar stores while in the area and this was the only one where the people working were nice and welcoming. Excited to come back and find some more stuff!

I love, love, love The Closet Exchange, and it is always the first place where I shop. When my son was getting married, I drove first to Closet Exchange and found this gorgeous dress, which was marked down from $130 to $65. I got a lot of compliments on it, and I later learned that if I had bought it new, it would have cost between $288 and $430 dollars.

I have been shopping at the Closet Exchange for more than 5 years. It was retail therapy after visiting my mother in the nursing home in Needham and everyone was so kind and caring. When ever I needed to go to a black tie event I could rely on them. The store is beautiful. Wonderful clothing at great prices. I rarely shop retail anymore. I visited on Black Friday, the store was full with patrons and I bought a cute black and white long sleeve top

The people that work in the Closet Exchange are helpful, patient and upbeat, especially Bob and Maggie. Both of their smiles and genuine kindness make this consignment shop the best of its kind.
