The new bank manger is absolutely garbage Extremely petty and childish. Don’t put your money here they can’t /wont give you your own money back without 24 hr notice (even small amounts) and they also don’t communicate when they chose to close your account the only way you will find out is when your check return!!!

I have been banking at this branch of Citizens for at least a decade. Always, I do mean always, I have found the personnel extremely helpful, many times going beyond to help me solve a problem. I have never known a more friendly and supportive group. Thank you!

I did not have a good experience at this location. The customer service reps at this location are extremely uninformed! I was not allowed to make a transaction using my mother's card and PIN number when it's never been an issue at any other location. The teller was unable to explain to me why she wouldn't complete the transaction, she literally shrugged her shoulders at me and when calling the bank back to get clarity from the manager, she gave none either! I don't know if the teller had an issue with my skin color or what but I showed her proper ID and all. Please do better citizens bank, very disappointing!

When I go inside the branch, the banker is on the phone call and let me take the seat to wait. More than 10 minutes later another customer ( I believe that he knew the banker) come into the branch, I the banker hanged on the phone soon and take care this guy first. Not the first come, first service.
