I came to Center Automotive for a second opinion because my car was driving weird and I assumed it was muly brake system. Despite what the first place I went to said (to get all new brakes, calipers, and rotors for $2k). Center Automotive told me that everything was fine! They didn't want me to spend money on something that wasn't needed. I have a lot of respect for Jim and the team here for being respectful and honest to me. I will most definitely come back in the future.

Center Automotive continues to be a port in the storm whenever I have had car problems. Yesterday, my tire was flat, and my husband put a donut on it. The good guys at CA invited me to bring the car in, and they had a new tire on it within forty minutes. The radio in my car had not been working. They kindly fixed it for me without my having to ask and didn't charge me for doing so. Being a customer at CA is like having your dad there to fix not only the problems you recognize, but the ones you hadn't noticed as well. (Note: I am not related to any of the workers there. Nor do I have stock in the company. :)

My car chose to get a flat right next door to them. It turned out to be a lucky place to break down. They were very helpful and quick. They got me back on the road and did a state inspection in the same visit. If I'm in the area and need tires, or an inspection I will definitely choose them again.

This is a quality business! From the moment you walk in, until you get your car back, you will be dealt with honestly, fairly and kindly! They are extremely efficient, reliable, and are mindful of costs/expenses. I have always had my car serviced here and would recommend them without hesitation.

Center Automotive is listed as a motorcycle inspection site. They do inspect motorcycles, except on Fridays. This information is not available on their web site. Make this information available, so customers will not waste time coming over to be told that you are not doing inspections on Fridays.

These guys really saved my butt.Although they were busy on a Friday night, Jim and his team squeezed me in, did fast work, did it right, did not take it vantage of me, and were friendly.So happy I learned, they exist, seems lots of people rely on them. I will tell everybody I know.They even had some interesting looking cars for sale in their show room.Thanks so much!

0 stars! Inept and dishonest avoid at all costs. Do not have skill set to fit tires. Destroyed a brand new rim, tire and TPMS sensor and lied about the same. Avoid at all costs. Please teach your technicians to mount tires correctly and not destroy and lie about what you did.

Friendly mechanics. Completed the needed work as I was in need of brakes. Despite the shop being busy the work was completed in the expected amount of time. A repeat client!
