Had a great experience with Brian's. They diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved the issue for a fair price. Reliable and honest.

Brian's garage is simply fantastic. Brian and Kevin are incredibly hard-working and very pleasant to deal with. Brian is very fair with his pricing, very fast with his work, easy to schedule with, and overall just a good dude. We have two Audi's and feel very lucky that Brian's garage is near us and takes such great care of any issues that arise with the vehicles.

Just called to get a quote of break pad and rotors that were recommended by my Audi dealer…Brian was honest and forth coming with information. He recommended I wait and some point they will need replacement not now as the brake light would come on and there is no safety concerns..Thx Brian for the free advice!

Terrible customer service! Buyer beware! Scamming business logistics! Save yourself a headache, he will not give you honest answers about your vehicle.

Brian was incredible. Explained my issue that according to the VW dealer, required over $3k of work. I was even considering buying a new car. The fix with Brian cost me less than $300. He was sooooo honest. Inspected everything the dealer said was wrong, made a few little tightening here and there, good as new! Any other mechanic would've taken advantage of me. Oh, and it's by appointment only. I was seen exactly at 8:30 and had my car read my in the afternoon.

I've been meaning to write this for a while now. The Audi dealership told me I needed new break pads and rotors on my RS5. My warning light wasn't on, but I had a long roadtrip coming up. Their price was outrageous and frankly no one could give me a straight answer about anything I asked. Brian not only did the work on short notice so I could make my trip, but he explained everything about breaks, rotors, the costs, my options etc. He also fixed my loose bumper which the dealership wanted to charge $3,000 for because the only option they offered was to take entire bumper off which required recalibrating all the sensors. He was able to "massage" it back into place totally fixing it to my satisfaction without the absurd cost. Brian's Garage is like something out of a movie that doesn't exist in this world anymore. Beyond being a great mechanic, he's a straightforward businessman and from what I can tell a very intelligent and genuinely good guy. If you have an Audi or Volkswagen bring it here before anywhere else. Hands down best experience I've ever had with a mechanic not to mention a great guy to talk cars and life with while you're waiting.Services: General repairs & maintenance

bought a used CC ( I know I know, but was in a desperate situation, time was critical) so I need someone real good to at least give me an honest opinion on this car I bought (used). Mr Brian is Professional, with a side of no nonsense, gave me his honest opinion on my CC and it came no where near the 168-186$ cost of a VW dealership, but same, no, better quality service.Gotta Florida road trip coming up June so I'll be back: clutch suspension belts and everything VW at Brian's Garage! Appreciate you taking the time to see me sir!

Brian brought back my precious 1995 Audi S6 (UrS6) sedan after resting for 8 years. He’s a VW / Audi guy and best of all he’s no BS!

This is the best independent VW/Audi mechanic in metro Boston. I've been taking all of my Audi's (S4, Q5, A3) to Brian's Garage for the past few years, and I ALWAYS get great service at a reasonable price. Brian will only tell you what absolutely NEEDS to be fixed - he won't have you spend money on un-necessary repairs/upgrades. And his knowledge of Audi's and VW's (and experience fixing them) can not be beat. For example, during a recent oil change, Brookline Audi told me that I needed to replace the oil pan for $1300 and the timing chaing for $3400 due to multiple oil leaks. This seemed ridiculous. I quickly brought the car to Brian for a 2nd opinion - he quickly determined that the PCV oil pressure relief valve was the cause of the leak (fairly common problem) and took care of that issue for about $450. He also told me there was no need to replace a slightly torn CV boot that Audi wanted to replace for $700. So, skip the local Audi dealerships (Brookline is horrible, and Natick is not much better) and bring your Audi to Brian. He'll set you straight.Services: Auto engine diagnostic
