Waiting outside dealership for a car I bought 21 days ago. Car was supposed to be picked up at 4pm, its 530pm. Disappointing to get constant delays of trying to pick up a vehicle. Now it's been brought to our attention there could be an issue with vehicle. In 21 days this issue could not be found or corrected? Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I could leave no Stars I would. This place is a SCAM!!!! I bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla from this place there was a known AC problem the day I test drove it. I was told that It was going to be fixed. The day I went to leave with the car the AC still wasn't working. Ross hooked it up to "AC charger" and then it was working and I was sent on my way. A few weeks later the AC stopped working again. I had to go back to Needham to have Ross do the same exact thing. There was no proper examination of the AC he only kept charging it. After another week the AC stopped working for third time and I brought it to his attention and he stated that it wasn't in the warranty anymore and he wasn't going to fix it. I brought it to my mechanic and the entire condenser needs to replace a $500 job and Ross refuses to fix it. Despite the Ross attempted to fix it three times and failed, the lack of acknowledgment and responsibility to fix the problem is extremely unprofessional and beyond wrong. WHAT A SCAM!!! ABSOUTLE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

Despite the problem occurring well before the warrantee even started he stated that it "wasn't in warranty anymore", which is wrong because the problem was discovered way before it even started. I was told from Ross that the "AC WONT WORK WHEN ITS HUMID". Ross attempted to fix it three times and failed, the lack of acknowledgment and responsibility to fix the problem is extremely unprofessional and beyond wrong. Besides the AC not working, the day after I bought the car it had rained and it revealed multiple deep scratches all over the entire car it was obvious that there was a sealant on the car when I was looking at it. Refused to fix or take money off. After that the horn stopped working and after that the radio started to turn on and off and randomly does not work. Ross's response was take me to court. This place will take your money and run.. WHAT A SCAM!!! ABSOUTLE WORST CUSTMORE SERVICE and professionalism. Ignorant to say the least this guy doesn't know anything about cars but claims to be a mechanic when his own mechanic doesn't even trust him!!! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

I can't tell you how happy I am. This place is very clean and honest. I recently bought my first car from here for a very fair price. The guy Ross was very helpful and very nice and understanding. I bought a 2008 suzuki Forenza and I love the car it's very clean interior and exrerior it's mt first car and he put many new parts on it and it took about 2 weeks although I'm an impatient person I'm super happy I waited becashe now the car is 100% no problems altought it didn't have problems before now the car is just better and safer so I won't have to worry about problems in the future and will pass inspection and I'm very satisfied I reccomend this place to many people.

Ross and Douglas took excellent care of us. The 2008 Civic Hybrid we purchased was in excellent condition and at a fair price. They are a new business and trying very hard to please their customers. Note: Their official address is 55 Charles Street. They are located down the street Staples on Highland Avenue.

Purchased a 2008 Toyota Rav4 and had it shipped to us. Everything Ross and the crew said was spot on. The staff bent over backwards to help us out, they kept in constant communication. They were great. Thank you Auto International Sales!!!

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle with Ross at Auto International Ltd. He was very straightforward and fair. Several visits to auto dealers and test drives later, I knew exactly what car I wanted, it was just a matter of finding the best deal and experience, and that's what Auto International Ltd. provided, so naturally, they got my business. They do the running for the registration, worked with my auto insurance company independently, and offered a very competitively priced extended warranty. The car was detailed with attention and looked fantastic when I went to pick it up. It was ready exactly when he said it would be. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend!

This car dealership is clean, and the customer service is exceptionally great! It was hard to find at first but they have a great inventory of cars with good price ranges.

My daughter was looking for her first car, and Auto International has just begun to specialize in first-time buyers. We found a car of theirs listed online, and they not only *drove the car to us* to look at, but also *drove it to us again* when we bought it. I would not expect this for every car - our situation was such that, in that period of time, we simply couldn't get to the dealer, and they opted to come to us, but still... this is excellent customer service in a very low-margin field. You'll need to get your own plates and inspection, but that's not a big deal. She got the car she wanted, in great condition (for its age), at a very fair price. Highly recommended.
