Had signs for taquitos for 2/2.49, 3/3.37When they rang me up it showed as 1.79 ea. I pointed out the sign and they would not honor the deal. Taquitos were overcooked too ??♂️

Ordered DoorDash from here and the employees were extremely rude to my dasher, rushing him out the door and not completing the order. I will never be going to this 7/11 again.

Workers very rude. Terrible customer service. Pizza was stale. I don't recommend. Drink and slurpee prices are way too high.

service to get bad has to improve, there's a middle-aged guy who stays there at night, it's almost bad to go there because his energy is so heavy, the guy is uneducated, serves poorly, treats customers badly, ask for protection to the universe by coming and going when this guy is there! ??

Within two minutes of being in the store, I found two roaches and was threatened by the store owner multiple times.For starters, my friends and I enter the store, grab our snacks, and immediately gravitate towards the back to try on a hat or two. It has only been one minute so far, and the owner accuses us of idling, threatens to CLOSE the store (despite it being a 24/7 location), and aggressively presses a buzzer to discourage us from staying any longer.Following his word, we grab our drinks and move to the checkout line. As we do, we spot two roaches climbing over the unsorted yet opened food shipments. Out of disgust we take two pictures (attached to the review) and run to the front.Now at checkout, we mention the roaches to him and comment on his rude manner. Despite our calm tone, he threatens to shut down the store once again, and screams at us to get a life while reaching for a cigarette.Once again following his word, I am writing this review as Charlie (white or middle eastern male, mid 50s, 5'8, presumably the store owner) requested that I do so after we exclaimed that we would never come back. I am a man of my word.

First review I've ever written for any business, mainly because of how furious the workers here made me. This was the 3rd time being treated poorly because the clerks were too lazy to do their own job. Over the summer one of the clerks even threatened to fight me over something trivial. Place is a joke and needs new management. It's unfortunate because the old workers who were here when I was in high school (early 2000's) were some of the best people I've met. Now its just filled with bitter middle aged men who are unhappy with their lives and take it out on the customers. You couldn't pay me money to go back to this store. -5 stars

Totally rude male on staff. Nasty place is filthy. Worth driving to another location . Asked directions and the cashier said unless I buy he doesn't give out directions. Are you kidding. Never again.

Tried to get a slushy with my friend but instead got a 50+ overweight old white nightshift clerk saying slurs when scanning items and asking inappropriate questions to me and my friend. Not a normal 7-Eleven didn't feel safe here wouldn't recommend. Next time just go an ice cream shop or shop somewhere else.

To all of our customers!!!once you place an order we as 7/11 store have no control over the delivery!We do not provide the delivery service. This is done by the service you picked on your app. A lot of times we prepare the order and it never gets picked up!!!! If you have questions do not contact the store...contact the delivery provider that you placed the order with!!!!Items that are out of stock you are not being charged for. It is always good practice to have an alternative item selected!I agree with you that the delivery service has not been very good but..again this has nothing to do with the store...it is uber eats or any other service that you selected.Please contact them or the 7/11 corporate office to complain...you will be helping us also!!! thank you!
