“While my interactions with members of Leader Bank were only through email and phone, I wanted to leave this review to express my biggest gratitude to the team for making the mortgage process a breeze. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of stress and worries about a process that I wasn't familiar with. The team at Leader Bank made all my worries go away, laid out everything out in detail, answered all questions I had, were VERY quick and efficient in responding to time-sensitive requests, etc. I feel as if I have built a relationship with the team members where I can reach out anytime with questions even after closing. “I had to read some of the 1 star reviews, because I have NEVER had a one star episode with HUECU in my 25 year history with them. I find them to be accessible, polite, helpful, considerate, and have helped me when no other institutions would. I am not saying they are perfect, or their first attempts at online banking were without limitations, but in comparison to alternatives like BofA or Citibank, I can actually talk to a person in under 5 minutes. That alone gets them 3 stars every time because I am in California. Thank the universe for HUECU! I'm so happy to have them in my corner!”

“The workers there are amazing they really care and really work with your needs and anyway to make things easy. I have had many types of banks living in different cities and towns and not one bank did I like or get along untill this one came along. It's the first bank that really does care and protect you against any possible issue and keeps u up to date and really does work with yah they are so incredable. I walk in always feeling welcomed and feeling that they really are happy to see me plus no other bank ever ask my updated on how my life is and how I'm doing and if there's anything they can do to help make things easier or less complicated to just ask and they'll help. Truely this bank is amazing Julie, Barbra everyone else that works there. They do not charge fees for their checking and savings account, they do not play games with minimum required balance, they reimburse other banks ATM fees. Super professional and accommodating. “I have been banking at Rockland Trust for several years before this branch at Medford opened up. I first met Bandana here and she personalized my banking experiences. She provides services for every aspect of my needs and she will tell me updated products that benefit my financial growth. It is through her that I made a relationship with Rockland Trust and I always come here for my financial needs. They really make banking touch every aspect of your life. This past summer, they have program for kids to enroll in reading, and provides opportunities for kids to sell lemonade and fundraising for good causes. Later this year, I am in the process of opening my own PT clinic and I happened to meet the branch manager Isabel. She was very helpful and suggested services that can help me open my own business account and provide additional services for book keeping etc for free. I came back 2 months later and both Isabel and Bandana remembered me and asked about my business building project. They truly care about every one of their customers and they are here with us everyday in our community. “Due to my bank here in Natick closing their safe deposit boxes I did a little research and listened to friends and received all positive input about Middlesex savings bank, in downtown Natick. Simply a pleasure! From the Branch manager, John King - to and including the young man, "Alex"ander MacLellan who did all the paperwork, legwork and all around "old school" customer service, .. it was the most pleasant and professional experience I've had in a long time. From my initial goal of obtaining a new safe deposit box, Alex explained over and above, without "salesmanship" pushing, all that Middlesex offered, ways I could benefit my specific situation and treated me like family "old school customer service?! To me, possibly the most important ingredient of any business. All of my banking business will be shifted to Middlesex and proudly would recommend them for anyone considering any banking.
