I really can't express how grateful I am for my son to have attended A to Z for almost 3 years! I moved back to the area a few years ago and was so worried that my youngest was going to have difficulty transitioning not only to a new home, but a new daycare. Eileen and ALL of the teachers made my son feel so welcome! It was if he had attended his entire life. Throughout his time at A to Z, he has absolutely flourished! Not only academically, but socially! He is beyond prepared for Kindergarten this Fall because of the support, encouragement and kindness he received from the teachers and staff at A to Z! We are going to miss seeing you all every day!

We are sooooo grateful for A to Z. It has been a wonderful place to raise our babies. Everything from the care the teachers provide, to the facility, to the amazing curriculum, to the generosity and flexibility of management. We also continue to be amazed at the opportunities Eileen adds- guest speakers, special projects, ties to the community, etc. We are so thankful for everything.Thanks for being the place where our kiddos started to grow!!!! We will miss you!!

Our daughter has been at A to Z for 4 years and I cannot imagine a better environment for her to learn, grow, and be cared for. Not only have all of her teachers been wonderful, she looks forward to “school” each day and loves the time she spends playing and learning with her friends and teachers. The Director, Eileen, is incredibly organized and responsive and is clearly passionate about providing a great environment for our kiddos to thrive. Very thankful to be able to send baby #2 to A to Z once she arrives!

Our daughter has been a student at A to Z for the past two and a half years. She has progressed through three classes in that time and we have been very impressed with how the school has helped our daughter learn and grow. She wakes up excited to go each morning and comes home each evening with stories about her fun day. The teachers, facilities and curriculum are all great (big shout outs to Miss Kaylie, Janice and Jess!). The school also often brings in guests from the area to teach the kids about special topics and is always participating in causes for the local community.The owner Eileen cares about each child and family and always has their best interests at heart. She communicates very well with parents and really gives you the sense that your child is safe, nurtured and cared for every day. We can't say enough positive things about A to Z and would recommend it to any family looking for a top daycare and preschool in the area.

Our almost 3-year-old has been at A to Z since she was 8 months and I'm pleased to say our newborn will be attending in the fall. The warmth and passion that comes with a family run business is always present here. The owner is so sweet and communicative, and was incredibly flexible during covid. She took the worry of childcare off our plate during what was already a stressful time compounded by the height of a pandemic. When our whole family got covid after I went back to work, the other A to Z families were incredibly supportive. Our daughter loves going everyday, loves seeing her friends, and loves her teachers. I am constantly in awe of how much she has learned academically, socially, and with regards to independence. I know some daycares tout constant updates throughout the day with apps. We get a daily email with a brief summary of the day and a few cute pix, and the younger ages get a daily sheet for tracking feeds, naps, and diapers. As an educator myself, I feel better knowing that the teachers are spending their time with the kids instead of updating toddler twitter every 5 minutes. Plus, I know I can always reach out with questions as needed and I always get a quick, but thoughtful response. Most importantly, I take comfort in the confidence that my daughter is loved, cared for, and safe throughout the day.

We sent both kids to A to Z. Our son went there when he was 1.5 and was there until he was 5. This daycare was a huge upgrade over another that we originally had him at in Needham. We sent our daughter there when she was around three months. Even after we moved away from the area, we kept our kids here. That says it all. The owner is great and worked with when it came to my work schedule. Our kids really enjoyed going here and we would recommend it.

As I know, the owner will end up responding to this review with false allegations and blame everything on us instead of being appropriate and professional about our feedback (which we brought up to her over and over in a documented way for our safety), I will not put in writing all the reasons that we took our child from this program. The concerning things will come up over time and not during the initial tour or even the first few months. After we left, we had many parents (past and present) sharing with us that they had "unpleasant interactions" with the director and describing similar behavior we experienced. Some prefer to avoid drama and go with it, and some spoke up and had a direct conflict with her that led to them leaving the program. The bottom line is that while I think your child will be safe in A to Z, any interaction with the director when you are not pleased or have a concern will most likely end up being an unpleasant one and you will end up feeling attacked if you will not back down. This is a cheaper program, but we feel that there are much better programs out there that can combine nurturing environment for your child AND more pleasant and cooperative interactions with the director and staff that are worth the extra cost.When I read Tiffany's review, and based on our experience, I believed her without knowing her and her story, but the patterns are the same. I can also see that the director's patterns of blaming it all on the parents and not taking into consideration any feedback haven't changed in the years since it was posted.

We had a wonderful experience with our 4 year old daughter attending A-Z preschool. The teachers were very warm and caring and you could tell they really enjoyed working with little ones. I was always impressed with the extra effort they would make for the kids to participate in themed days/music lessons/sports days and how the manager would arrange for visitors to come in and talk with the children such as local authors, parent career days etc. They even arranged for a collaboration with a local food bank and the children prepared lunch bags and learnt about the importance of community and charity which my daughter loved being a part of. This preschool is all heart and a great place for children to experience a family atmosphere that cares for one another and promotes values of kindness and confidence. Manager was also very approachable and communication between staff and parents was excellent.

If you are looking for reliable, childcare look no further! Katrina and her husband, Lance took care of my daughter for over a year. We would still be gong there but she started kinder. I always felt she was in good hands when I dropped her off. My daughter LOVED going there and still takes about it now. They do art, outside play dance, movie time and baking! I would absolutely recommend!

Outstanding educational program, very loving atmosphere, highly qualified teachers with individual approach to every child in every age group. After I tried 2 other child cares for my son I was totally unsatisfied with their poor curriculum, unqualified teachers, and a cold relationships between children and their caregivers. When I brought my son to A to Z I was very sceptical, but miracle happened... I am more than great full for work their teachers doing. I saw my son happy smile every morning, his readiness to learn and have a quality time with his group children, and excitement to see his teachers and moreover, his school Director! Yes, Mrs. Raknunov is naturally born educator and leader. I cannot find enough words to describe my appreciation for her work and HIGHLY recommend to each and every parentthis wonderful child care. They have long waiting list, but it worth to wate few months to get the BEST care for your child!

My experience with A to Z was outstanding. My child was there from the time she was 3 months old. Since she was my 1st, I was a total nervous wreck! I appreciate that the staff encouraged me to stop by anytime. They were so caring for her as a newborn, and she stayed there until it was time for kindergarten. They don't just try to keep the kids entertained and safe -- which of course is a must! -- but they also nurture and teach them and provide excellent music lessons, dance/yoga, and other cool non-traditional activities. They truly care for the little ones like they are part of their family. And when it was time for my child to go to kindergarten, she was very well-prepared. It is not cheap, but as they say -- you get what you pay for. And one more thing -- the outdoor play area is large, awesome -- and shaded! I see some of these other centers and I worry about the kids baking in the sun. I cannot imagine my child anywhere else and highly recommend.

Love love love this place and all the amazing teachers and staff here. I would give 10 stars out of 5 if I could! You feel like family from day one and the level of care and attention they provide each kiddo is amazing. I am so thankful we had our kids enrolled here. We moved and were so sad to say goodbye. Our kid’s still talk about their “Boston” school and miss their friends and teachers so much! You will love the peace and confidence you have with your kiddos learning and growing at A to Z!

We sent both of our kids to A to Z and loved the experience. A to Z has warm, caring teachers. They truly care about their kids. Our oldest daughter became close with numerous teachers during her 2 + years at A to Z. Eileen, the director, is extremely kind and flexible. She worked with us many times to accommodate holiday schedules, births and vacations. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and highly recommend sending your kids to A to Z.

We couldn't be happier that we found a spot for our son at A to Z. It is a family run childcare center that provides great care for our children and also the families they serve. The director, Eileen, holds an extremely high standard for the care they provide and the communication that she and the teacher deliver to the parents. Eileen know every single child in her school and understands their habits. She also understands the families and their concerns. Any question we have is always answered promptly.The teachers at A to Z are some of the best I've seen in the business. Dedicated, hard working, patient, understanding, and trustworthy are words that come to mind to describe the staff. We've literally not had one day with A to Z where we were not satisfied and honestly impressed with the commitment of care we are fortunate enough to witness. I trust the people at A to Z with our kids as much as I would a family member, and a member of our family is what they have become to us.
